HORRIBLE COMPANY/SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! After receiving several quotes, I signed a contract to transport my vehicle from IL to NV at a price of $750. I spoke with an Indian man with a heavy accent named "Bob" (probably a fake name). The day before they were supposed to pick up my car, they changed the price to $1300. I did not agree and they did not pick up my car. They took my $250 deposit, breached the contract, and blame me for getting quotes from other companies. Thankfully, I was able to file a dispute with my credit card company, and they credited the amount back to my account. These people are scammers!

Bob worked hard to get the best driver for the delivery. They did great. I would definitely use them again Bob Doss 518-600-2754

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Roger. My car was delivered to me on time as promised and in the same condition it was when I gave the keys to the driver. The driver was great and very helpful. Roger was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use Ship Auto now LLC and recommend to friends and family if the need arises again. Great job!

Christina treated my crisis as if it were her own. I needed auto transport in 24 hours or less and she had me booked and scheduled in less than 3 hours. She was efficient, competent, and companionate in her communication with me throughout the transport. And the price was right!! If I had to do this ever again, who would I call?? They quoted me a price and then at the last minute supposedly could not find a driver. I ended up paying $300 dollars above the quote to ship my vehicle. There is also a cancelation fee.

Great company and great service. Bob Doss is who I spoke with and treated me as a person and not a dollar sign! After father in law Van was stolen we was in a tight spot and crunched on money Bob did everything he could to help get Van back to us. With other companies just worried about the dollars and charging outrageous prices Bob beat all them with understanding my situation and gave me a reasonable price to get the job done and my father in laws wheelchair accessible van back to him. So without worrying about the dollars he could make he was reasonable and understanding and help with our budget so therefore I would recommend this company over all.

Justin Green (518-897-3764), was very professional, attentive and kept me informed every step of the way, he even called me on the weekend with updates about my vehicle transportation. Tony the driver, was also professional, and did the same, he called when he was near and we discussed the best location to drop off the vehicle. I would reccomend Ship Now Auto LLC to anyone who is in need of this type of service and their rates are very affordable.

I am pleased to say Bob Doss, 5186002757 was a great help to me, and I will as well acknowledge the entire team, from dispatcher to driver, Faruz 9173199383. I am driving my Land Rover Discovery in Miami currently. They shipped my car from Bristol, PA 19007 to Miami, FL. Bob is patient in making sure he gets the right driver, Bob is a man of his word, the company is trust worthy. I deposited just 125 dollars and made a final payment of 700 dollars upon drop off. Many companies before him charged between 900 to a 1000 plus. You know the doubt and fear of online transactions, rest assured, they are 100 percent legit. Never met Bob, only saw the driver when he delivered my car. You may text or call the driver and he may not respond, that shows he driving, maybe no network along where he’s at or just anything. Remember you may not be the only client, that means he can’t parked and be reaping to all text messages from everyone texting. Soon he’s comfortable he will reply messages with update of any kind. You will get your vehicle. They are affordable and I will recommend they any day. Good news for me is, when next I’m shipping, I am calling him, he will be my shipper for life. This review will brighten his face to remember to work with me in the future. At least now he knows I will always pay and I know he will always deliver.
