I had an overall great experience with Ship a Car Direct! Once I got the system down (who to call/text re. different questions about my order) things went quite smoothly. They also provided a lot of helpful info for me as someone who was shipping a car for the first time. The price was reasonable & better than several other quotes from different companies, without feeling like I sacrificed on quality/safety or timeliness.

After doing some research I opted to go with Ship a Car Direct. They were great with communication, found a transporter to move my car within a few days and followed up after delivery. Their price was in the middle of the companies I looked at - very reasonable. I was very happy with my experience.

Had a pleasant experience. Got the car picked up early in the window they gave me. The man was super attentive and courteous. Had to pay an extra $200 for the items I was shipping in my car but I was warned of this, so not a problem. They delivered it within 4 days! I wasn’t there to pick it up so they held the car for me for two days until we arranged a time to meet. Super easy. Car was returned in great shape. Will be recommending ShipACarDirect in the future

A completely smooth experience from start to finish. Even when my primary contact was on vacation, there was a back up person that reached out to me by phone to keep the communication going. They picked up and dropped off on agreed upon and dates and were very flexible to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. If I need my car moved again, I would not hesitate to come back.

Don’t have any complaints. Lottie was so helpful and nice. Everything was explained up front and she handled everything for me. Even after a glitch when the first driver went to pick up the car, the car wouldn’t start so we had to start over. Lottie was still so kinds and professional. My car was picked up on an agreed date and delivered the next day. The driver , Oleg, was very courteous I would definitely use them again

From the time I began to evaluate Ship a Car Direct, even before the decision to engage their services, constant communication was provided to address frequently asked questions as well as links to explain the process that is associated with transporting a vehicle. Once the decision was made, there were periodic reports provided to ensure that the requested pickup date was on track. This included personal phone calls, as well as electronic communication, which made this experience a personal one and not just a business deal.

The service was extremely professional, the communication was clear and accurate, the pricing was fair and the timing of pick up and delivery of the car was as sold.

Originally, we were planning to drive our car from East to West but our son-in-law advised us to ship the car. It was a smart decision! The hardest part was actually to find the right shipping company--there are so many of them! The Ship a Car Direct company was one of the first to respond on my email, gave us a good price, easy to reach and communicate with, extra insurance to have peace of mind and in the end it was a great experience! Great company, great service, excellent communication from the very beginning. I wasn’t sure what to expect since this is my first time shipping a vehicle. I went strictly off of there reviews and wasn’t disappointed.
I could have saved money with other vendors but felt really good after reading the “ship a car direct” reviews.
And they did not disappoint!

Everything from arrangements to pick up and delivery went very smooth. Vehicle Vehicle was even delivered a day sooner than planned. Would definitely use again if the need arose.

Ship A Car Direct was the BEST! I have never shipped a car before or moved across country-(CA to GA), plus my car is leased -(triple freak out threat). Lauren and the rest of the team really were awesome. They returned my calls right away, calmed my panicked nerves when I thought my flight was going to leave before my car..I truly could not have been happier. My car was picked up on Friday, I flew out Sunday and my car arrived Monday late afternoon. The driver was wonderful, my car was PERFECT, other than “weather dirt” it was in the same condition as it was when it was loaded on the trailer. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

It was easy to make my reservation at Ship A Car Direct. There was only one scare at the beginning, where the company said they had no record of my reservation only a few days before my car was supposed to be picked up... Thankfully, I called and spoke to someone and they were able to make sure that my original pick-up date remained the same. The driver asked me to meet him at a Home Depot. On the day of the pick-up he was on time, quick, and efficient. The delivery date was even 1 day sooner than they estimated. Again, the driver suggested a large commercial parking lot, so my family met him at Lowe's in their hometown. The driver called and texted to make sure things were in order. Payment was easy through Zelle. I would recommend and use Ship A Car again in the future.
