Total crap.I've been trying to get my shipment since 3 weeks. The worst customer service ever. Driver never calls.after several follow ups after 3 weeks I am still waiting. I have never seen such bad service. This company is a Complete joke. Vanessa
Shipa Delivery Guy called me around 12:00 to wait his call then come down to collect my shipment. I request him to come up to my flat, but he refused and said if I don’t go down collect he will cancel my delivery. What a shameful company. (There is NO parking issues, we have plenty of free parking available) my delivery slot was (11-14) but delivery arrived around 5 PM.
Absolute hideous communication skills and they're updates are not help of any kind - talking back and listening to customer requirements waiting almost 5 days for my shipment and counting
My LIV Debit card delivery was supposed to be delivered last 23.06.22 now it get's delayed for 1 week and the call center keeps on telling that "sorry there's we put your request on priority" when you ask for manager, they will say there's no manager around. Imagine I asked for 2 days and there's no manager around. Their driver are all stpid they won't even wait or call you . I hope this company close

Poor service. I have been waiting for my LIV debit card to be delivered for more than one week now. I requested for a card replacement on May 28th. They made me wait on Tuesday the whole day but noone even bothered to call me. I called the next day and was promised to deliver it yesterday from 9am-7pm. Apparently, I waited again. Cancelled all my meetings outside once again just to wait for the delivery. I called up around 2:30 pm to check where is my card and I was told sarcastically to wait as there is no specific time but the guy said between 9am-7pm. I moved my appointments to 8pm and around 6:30pm, I called once again to check where is the delivery guy and was told the delivery guy is in International City. After few minutes the delivery guy called me and told me he is very busy and will come after 8pm! It's not my issue if you guys are packed with deliveries, you committed to deliver it bet 9am-7pm. It's not my problem and I don't believe I have to adjust my schedules with your schedules. I already wasted 2 days waiting and cancelled all work meetings. I need my card for business transactions. I called again in the morning today and the lady promised to deliver it asap. I told her that I need it by 3pm because I have appointment and as usual i was promised. Around 1:30 I called up again to check and lo and behold, I was told that the notes are being updated on the daily basis and they don't have the notes of what transpired the past days. Perfect! I wasted my phone credits and time explaining myself but they don't care to down notes. Last night the agent told me that it's the driver's decision whether he will deliver the card or not to my destination since he is busy with deliveries. I was in total awe how NBD, the largest bank in the UAE entrusted the card delivery to Shipa. They are so incompetent and rude. I am so frustrated but feeling hopeless since they dont let me speak with the manager. Again, I am left in vain waiting for the card to be delivered. It seems I have to beg for it!
The WORST,, they keep lying to me everyday when i call they just repeat like robots we are sorry we will dilver tomorrow and iam still WAITING ,, as a company when u see ur rating on google is 1 star you should either improve your service or close it

How can companies like this exist in a place which depends so much on technology? I'm waiting for my debit card for more than a week now. Everyday I go to the option to manage my delivery and the estimated date always goes one day ahead. I feel I will never get my card and have to close my account.
They are the worst! I stopped ordering from ZARA because they send the orders with shipa ! I had problems with getting my orders twice.
Never going to order again just to not have to deal with them or there bad customer service!
I ordered something which they said it will be delivered in 3 days, after the 3 days i got a call for receiving my delivery, i was busy that day. I rescheduled it to the day after it, which I didn’t get my delivery, follow up with them, they said today it will be delivered, and that was one week ago. I follow up with my order twice a day so i can get my order, and still my order is not delivered. The thing they always say, today it will get delivered. Nothing happens. It’s not acceptable. That I’m the one who wants my delivery and follow up with it everyday and still my order is not delivered.

Very bad service, it's been 3 days since they called and informed that they will deliver the parcel but as of writing I still haven't received it.
Very inefficient. They have two Trust Pilot accounts. SHIPA and SHIPAFRIEGHT. I wanted to leave a bad review on both of them considering they are holding my items hostage.
I was meant to receive a sensitive item via Shipa (a bank card and document). The Item was initially meant to arrive on a Thursday, where I saw it was out for delivery, between 10am-1pm. After 2pm I called the customer service and was assured it would arrive soon. By 8pm it had still not arrived, and once again customer service assured me over the phone it would arrive soon. It did not arrive. The next day on Friday, I received a call from the courier himself, who assured my he would arrive by 7pm. It is now 8pm on Friday as I am writing this review, and he is nowhere to be found. This is an inconvenience as sensitive items such as credit cards require the recipients signature, ID and biometric confirmation. This ofcourse means that I have to wait at home for this item to arrive, and cannot leave my house. If you actually want your order, avoid using Shipa.
Do not deal with this institution. A place where our time is wasted. An order that is said to be delivered by the day is a week late. Do not associate with this institution.
