I wish I had read these reviews earlier. FRAUDULENT!

Very poor customer service and due to this I would like a full refund once I receive the products. Was told today I will have to pay for the return which is from the UK to America. I am totally applaud by the service that it has put me off the producti I bought. Never buy from this company

I placed an order 2 months ago and received nothing. I thought I was purchasing a product from a UK company, with people from the dragons den as added peace of mind.
Nope. Tried to cancel the order as soon as I placed it. Said they couldn't as its not their policy and my order was already packed. In literally 1 minute?? Asked for a refund. Not their policy to do that either. I feel so stupid. And I recieved a customs letter to pay £74 to get said product. Erm, no way.
The replies are automated. You don't get to speak to an advisor.
Horrific experience. I'll never let this happen again to me.avoid at all costs.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought products from them. I tried to cancel and was told it was not their policy. I`m sure this is illegal. I got a import duty demand as the product was coming from the USA, which I did not realise, I will not be paying it and have informed them of this and demanded a refund which I am sure I will not get. Avoid them, |I also thought I was buying from a dragons den product.

This should be no starts as it's a SCAM! I thought I had ordered 3 bottles and a free one but then found out I had been charged for 6 bottles. Then I heard nothing for a month. Chased it, and they have now doubled up on the parcels coming to me! Then I get a letter from the courier to say I need to pay an extra £74 for customs!! I think not! This is advertised as a UK based company who had been on Dragon's Den but they deny this when you query them and say it's obvious that the product will come from America and that they have never been on Dragon's Den! I am now fighting for my refund! Avoid at all costs!

This company is passing itself off for supplying Dragons Den elite gummies. There customer support is awful. If you try to cancel an order after immediately placing it they tell you it has been dispatched and give you the runaround. It is all a Scam. Avoid this company like the plague. Total scammers. Report to Trading Standards and stop your card payment at the bank

Fraud! Large charge on my mother's bank card, without her placing an order. Avoid at all costs!

I thought I was ordering from an English "Dragon's Den " Company. It wasn't until after I ordered that I found that it was an American Company. Goods were ordered on 2Mar 2023. After receiving an initial email nothing was heard for weeks. I did think that it was a scam as I did not receive the goods until 19 Apr 2023. On the day my parcel was received, another email was sent to me saying I had requested automatic reordering (which I hadn't)and further debits were going to be made from my bank account. unless I notified them immediately - which I did. I have also notified my bank who have changed my bank card so no further debits can be made, better to be safe than sorry.

Day 29 and still waiting!
Just been told its 'pretty close' according to 'customer services' - it isnt it is still in the states!
Terrible terrible company - ridiculous!

I placed an order on the website in September 2022 and received a confirmation email from a completely different company which immediately rang alarm bells. I tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn't cancel - it was their policy. I was offered a refund for half of what I paid and they would still send the order which I agreed to. We are now in April 2023 and I am still waiting for the refund, I have called them and spoken to them via their chat several times and keep getting told the refund has been issused and they give a 'transaction' number to make it look genuine. When I go back to ask where my money is they tell me the bank refused the refund. I bank with a big reputable bank (unlike this company) and they advised they do not refuse refunds. I have gone through the banks dispute process and they have not been able to get the money back for me. Avoid these people - they are only liars and scammers!

Website misleading on total cost! I have been waiting four weeks to receive my order, just to return for a full refund. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER FOUR WEEKS! They say Shine wellness I’m, but the order comes from USA apparently!

Misrepresentation in advert. Like all other reviews charged me extra £79.90 on top of £150+. When tried to cancel said they would refund £80. Finally asked for total refund. To date nothing and no response to emails etc. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE Have now received invoice from customs to pay £50+ to deliver my goods. This company is a real con.

Do not use this company. I got caught in a scam from a fake website. Returned the product but they are trying their best not to refund.

Awful customer service. total contradiction between what they say in confirmation email regarding delivery and what actually happens. No help when contacting. 1 week on and still no shipping advise, which they said I would get in 24-48 hours and no product. Having read the review wish I had never purchased

My experience is much as previously related. Thought I was buying one bottle but found I had ordered 3. Order came from U S. Had to pay VAT on top. Total ££165. Each bottle only lasts 2 weeks so that's £25per week. Been taking them for 2 weeks along with other measures to try and lose weight. To date, nothing. Then I got message saying next order was being shipped. I managed to cancel. Not only is it expensive, it does not seem to work either. Advice, go on a normal diet.

Received email saying I had signed up to recurring monthly supply. First one was about this time last year. They now say they are going to take 99.9? from my account but I can’t find which one. Don’t want to respond or call so will have to adopt a “wait and see” approach. Wouldn’t trust them with a barge pole. I too was taken in by their “Dragons Den” marketing splurge.

As everyone else has experienced, I was scammed by thinking I was ordering a free trial bottle (via an Ad with Dragons Den link) and then charged nearly £160 for 5 bottles. After 3 telephone calls, long story short, I threatened to contact the Police unless they cancelled the order and refunded my money, which they have done.

This company are taking money from my account and are unresponsive to requests to cancel. I thought I had (stupidly) purchased a product for £38. They took £120 and are about to take another £120.

Ordered on 11 March and advised in acceptance of order I would get tracking details within 24/48 hours. Money taken from bank the next day. Not heard a word since! Went on chat line and told delivery would be 4/6 weeks - first I’d heard! No further contact from them! Don’t buy from them!!
