They accepted my id to proof my…
They accepted my id to proof my identity. Their bank account cannot be checked by the regular banks (tried with Barclays and RBS). After transferring the money based on their instructions, they kept my transfer on hold and asked for additional id! What a professional service?!

I used the service twice
I used the service twice, on the 2 occasions not happy and decided it is the last time.
The first time transferred £9995 received initially €9995, about €1100 less, they transfer the difference back later the following day but you can imagine what was the feeling overnight.
Second time there was no progress with the transfer from ready on the application, and they were not sure what’s wrong

after complaining on Trustpilot the next day received a call from Jordan operation Gm about the last issue for my wire from shift they instant resolved the problem by guiding me where we draw cash
