Jack's enthusiasm to question and listen to effectively was impeccable.
He worked promptly and kept in touch with me.
Unfortunately I didnt take up his quote because my existing broker managed to beat his price once I told them.
I declined Jack's offer on that one property and have informed him I will approach him in 2027 with a list of our other investment properties for him to quote before they come up for renewal as a future sales opportunity for him. As I will be going away during the renewal terms and I have no time to screen or negotiate the renewal of each property this time.
