I wear my She Wear shoes everywhere!! I’ve got some from their lifestyle range and a pair of the active sneakers as well.

My Glide slides have just become part of my everyday wardrobe. I didn’t even plan for it!! but I reach for them all the time. Considering how much I wear them they're still in amazing condition which says a lot about the quality. Overall a fabulous brand I can't get enough of

I purchased these shoes specifically for an upcoming trip to Japan, where I’ll be doing a lot of walking. I chose them because they were marketed as comfortable and stylish — something that would aesthetically work with multiple outfits while travelling.

Unfortunately, on first wear I noticed a very visible defect with the branding label on one shoe. It’s noticeably misaligned and obvious when worn. At this price point ($239), appearance matters just as much as comfort — if aesthetics weren’t important, there wouldn’t be different colours and styles to choose from in the first place.

What was most disappointing wasn’t just the defect, but the response from customer service. I was told the issue was “within tolerance” and considered an acceptable standard of first-quality product. Being told that something clearly visible and flawed is acceptable made me feel dismissed rather than heard.

Because of this, I genuinely don’t even want to wear the shoes on my trip anymore — which defeats the entire reason I bought them.

I wasn’t initially seeking a refund; I simply expected acknowledgment that this wasn’t up to standard. Instead, the experience left me questioning the brand’s quality control and how customer concerns are handled.

I recently purchased a pair of Supports 2 from She Wear but the sizing felt a little large. I contacted their customer support and promptly offered an Instant Exchange whereby I could order a different size shoe and keep my original order so that I could try both sizes to see what fits best. One or both orders to be returned within 28 days before I was charged for the 2nd pair. Their customer service is awesome, prompt response plus helpful information. I love my (correct size) pair of Supports 2! I would definitely buy from this company again.

I originally brought a pair of work boots from shewear around 3 years ago - as I found that not many companies tailored steal toe cap boots for women in the UK at the time. I found the unisex boots uncomfortable and was set on a mission to find boots which were practical, comfortable and stylish. I came across shewear online and even through the boots are pricey, I found the boots suited all my needs. I wore them for around 2 and a half years every day at work. I then decided to buy a new pair. Within a few weeks there was an issue with the inside of the boot, after talking with shewear they were very understanding, and explained that the boots are under warranty for the first six months I believe. After trying to resolve the issue, new boots were sent promptly. All communication with shewear has been nothing but easy, which I am grateful for and will continue to use.

I'm so glad I discovered shewear shoes several years ago. After suffering from a bad back and plantar fasciitis I really struggled finding supportive shoes. But once I started to wear shewear it really helped my pain. They are very supportive and I can wear them all day. Love them!

I’ve just come back from a trip from Japan and, for the first time ever, my feet didn’t hurt at the end of each day. I walked thousands of steps each day and was delighted to find the shoes to be roomy for my toes and supportive. I packed two different she wear shoes so I could switch up the look, and both performed beautifully. Highly recommend!

Great brand, finally somewhere I can get work wear that fits and looks good. The boots are exceptional, very comfortable.

Absolutely love this brand! You can tell these shoes were designed by a woman, for women — every detail is thoughtful, stylish, and unbelievably comfortable. The quality is outstanding and I always get compliments when I wear my pink work boots. What really sets this business apart though, is the genuine care for customers. The customer service is exceptional — friendly, responsive and so accommodating. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

I bought work boots as i wanted to support small busines. In the past I would buy a pair yearly when i was doing 8hours of gardening 5 days a week. These boots. I bought lasted 3months of mild use, as I dont do that work anymore. The heel completely rubbed out and its unwearable. The other brands have reinforcement in the heel. But because of there wear and tear policies i cant do anything do they have gone in the bin and I bought a big brand boot again. Unfortunately I dont want people to spend there money on this boots until this problem is resolved. Hence the review.

I’m obsessed! From the quality, comfort and customer service, SheWear are my favourite shoes by far. Can’t recommend them highly enough. I now have 5 pairs!

I can't recommend She Wear enough ! I have several pairs now: work boots, walking shoes & slides and they have all been fantastic. Great quality, very comfortable and most importantly, super stylish ! I love all my She Wear shoes :)

Bought a pair of white casual sneakers, within a month they were coming apart, staff were very helpful and I sent photos, they replaced them no questions asked. I then bought a black pair. The new white pair haven’t lasted 8 months and now they are coming apart as in soles are coming away from leather and leather has peeled at the toe. Don’t get me wrong they have been very comfortable and I have worn them a lot, I just feel a little disappointed that shoes which cost $240, should last longer that that, I have cheap shoes which have withstood more. The black pair are still perfect but I haven’t worn them much. I just can’t bring myself to pay another $240 for a pair of shoes which didn’t last a year.

I've brought 2 pairs of she wear safety boots and a bra from she wear and im 100% satisfied. The boots are perfect from day 1. No sore feet or blisters. Soo soo happy and the bra well I've brought alot of bras over the years and never been 100% happy until I tried the bra from she wear. This company has got it right. I would absolutely recommend there products.

I absolutely love my Shewear boots. I have had their safety boots for years and have walked countless kms around gas plants doing my job. I’ve never had a blister and at the end of a shift my feet don’t ache. Great boots, thank you for looking after women's feet.

Poor customer service
Brought a pair of their composite toe work boots in purple in 3 months the leather was cracking and the soles had split sent in a warranty claim with photos and was asked about my work environment and how often they are worn. Gave them all this information to be met with sorry we can’t provide a refund as you work in a wet environment sometimes and it’s water damage and was suggested to take them to a cobbler to get the soles glued sad outcome considering I spent $300 on them. These are more a fashion boot and not a work boot I honestly don’t even think they will meet the safety standards if they are falling apart that quick. I have since purchased a pair of Bunnings boots worn them for 5 months and are still in great condition what a gimmick of a product.

I am a nurse and always wear leather shoes. I liked that these shoes were sturdy and would support my feet. Unfortunately the leather began to peel on the toes of both shoes. When I contacted their customer service department with my issue and pictures the response I got was to buy some stain to cover the peeling areas. It was hard to get a stain that matched the shoe colour and ended up making the toes of the shoes look worse I informed them with pictures of the outcome post their suggestion and all I got was a thanks for letting us know. At $209 I would have expected better customer service with either a replacement, repair of the shoes I bought or a refund not having to pay out for stain to try and resolve the issue myself. The shoes are now peeling near the ankle which is not a high wear area which suggests to me that the treatment they use on their leather is of a poor quality. I would not buy from this company again or suggest them to others. I have never had leather shoes do this before.

I was excited to receive the Flex and Move Ladies jeggings in the navy and black, but when I received them and tried them on, I was unfortunately disappointed.
Positives: Impressed by the speed of delivery, loved the great customer service and free exchange option.
Negatives: I've never had pants fit so poorly, they're not very flattering at all. They fit great around the waist and hips, however, they blow out around the knee and then taper greatly in to be tight around the calves. It is like they are made for someone with tiny ankles and calves, but big thighs and HUGE knee joints! The first thing my husband said when I put them on was "wow, they look daggy. They look like men's pants on you".

I called in requesting for a specific ppe pant size as it was out of stock. The ladies in the office made me feel like I was their only customer. They went a very extra mile to help me. I just received my ppe and I am a very grateful customer. I absolutely love my stretch and move cargo pants. Very comfortable.
