I booked for my anniversary…
I booked for my anniversary accidentally left my husband's passport book had a scanned digital copy of the passport but was denied check in by the hotel. I asked for the manager to assist I got no help. I had to travel back home on my weeding anniversary got home late in the night due to
traffic plus loss my money. I requested a date change due to the journey to go home but was denied. I'm very disappointed in the customer service at Sheraton please don't waste your hard earn money to go to this place that has no mercy on customer neither has the heart to value a customers hard earned cash due to a simple error.
