Fitted sheet
I like the sheet it fits the corners of my bed all though a little bit big ( better than being too small) it was a bit more expensive , so I think I will try and find another one at a better price,

Swift resolution of an issue
I recently received a pair of pillowcases I had ordered from Sheet Story. As I didn’t require them immediately, I didn’t open them for a few weeks, however when I did I discovered they had sent an odd design. On raising this late afternoon on a Sunday, I received an almost immediate response, asking for a photograph. By 10am Monday morning I was advised that I had been sent square pillowcases rather than oblong and a replacement had been despatched, which arrived within a couple of days, with the advice to pass the incorrect ones on to someone who could make use of them. Excellent customer service.

Beautiful quality fitted sheets and pillowcases, very soft, fit well and wash up lovely. I've had bamboo bedding for a long time from other companies but, sheet story are the best!

Had an issue with the sheets I bought
Had an issue with the sheets I bought. Contacted them direct straight away and they resolved the issue within a few days. They replied to my initial email very quickly and as I said dealt with the problem straight away, impressed by thier customer services and would recomend this company. I’m very happy & satisfied
