I can’t speak highly enough of SHE Knows Health & Safety and the support I’ve received throughout my NVQ Level 6 journey. From the outset, the process felt structured, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping me succeed rather than just “get through” the qualification. The evidence‑based approach worked perfectly alongside my role, making the NVQ practical, relevant, and manageable alongside a demanding workload.
My tutor/assessor, has been exceptional. Her knowledge, pragmatism, and calm, encouraging approach made a huge difference. Feedback was always constructive, clear, and tailored to my work, helping me understand exactly what was needed without overcomplicating things. Linda consistently helped translate real operational work into strong NVQ evidence, which made the whole process far less stressful and far more confidence‑building.
Overall, I felt supported, understood, and treated as a professional throughout. If you’re considering an NVQ and want an organisation that is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success, I would highly recommend SHE Knows without hesitation.

SHE Knows were extremely helpful following the closure of my previous training provider, which has allowed me to complete my Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. I was really happy to be working with my previous Assessor Matt, who was always on hand to offer guidance and support.

I recently resumed, completed and passed my level 6 Occupational Health and Safety Certificate with this training provider after a previous provider ceased trading.
I was fortunate enough to continue to work with Matt, my original assessor, and thanks to his guidance and support was able to stay on track and achieve my certificate.
I also faced personal challenges that were outside of my control but my assessor was incredibly encouraging throughout and kept me motivated to reach the finish line!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I done my level 3, 5 and luckily 6 diploma in H&S (all NVQ) and honestly enjoyed every bit of it - I struggle with exams and having to write pages and pages of answers to a question, the NVQ way was great for me as it was all evidence based and I could explain answers to my assessor Linda - I had Linda on every NVQ so was extremely happy when I wanted to go for my level 6 and she was still there! Honestly could not have done it without her - would recommend She Knows Health & Safety to anyone :)
