Just like to start by saying that I have never had a problem before this one.
Made my order as usual but found on my confirmation email that it still showed my old address.
My previous order to this the same thing happened.
So, I emailed them and explained the incorrect address on the order.
Someone then emailed and advised they had changed the address on my order.
Me then being obviously stupid thought they would change the address on my account.
Oh no that would be to easy.
So seeing that it had happened again I emailed.
I then emailed again with a screen shot of my "contact details" which only shows my mobile number and my email but no address.
I asked,again,am I blind because I can't see a way of changing the address.
I tried phoning but got no answer just a message.
I then get an email stating my order was being processed.
I then phoned again but got same message "we are processing orders right now"
Next email "your order has been despatched "
I emailed again, but still no reply.
I then checked the tracking to see a picture of the packet "levitating" 10 foot in front of my old door.
Luckily I knew a neighbour who went and got the packet for me.
Before I get the reply ,"didn't you put a redirection in"
Yes I did, for 6 mths.
I'm not sure if the staff have changed but to not answer age phone or my numerous email is piss poor.
I know will not use this company again because of something that could have been completely avoided.

This company was easy to find online and had what I needed at a really good price. It arrived in 3 days, the items I bought were of a really good standard and I’ll definitely be staying with these from here on.

SHD Medical seems reliable overall, but it would be much better if they clearly stated the country of origin for the products they sell on the website. Transparency like that really matters.

I placed an order with this company for two items both were the same..one of the items they sent was not what I ordered..now they will not give me a refund...they say they need the items returned in order to issue a refund..they will not arrange a collection of the wrong item...they told me to arrange a courier myself..I am unable to do this ..I am disabled..I do not have a car and I do not have a smartphone or a printer to do this via a link..I can't do it.. so now I am out of pocket by £25 ..if they did not have stock of one of the items that I ordered they should not send a different item ( which I cannot use by the way)..they are unprofessional..and unhelpful..Avoid....Avoid....Avoid.!!!

Easy online transaction and always receive the goods ordered with no fuss. Thumps up from me.Great company to deal with.

I paid for special delivery to be delivered next working day but it wasnt sent an email to shd asking for the delivery fee to refunded and josh refused to reinburse my next working day delivery

This was my second order with them and just like the first it came quickly and contained all the products I had ordered. Would recommend . Will be using again.

prev orders not been bad at all and reliable, recent order awful, didnt acknowledge order till i emailed, didnt ship it, paid for next day and wasnt delivered and now cant get hold of them.

Just received my items from my first order and all is there and very happy. The packaging on the website does state plain packaging and discreet but my parcel came in a already used box for gloves? I found that a little unusual and abit unprofessional as it makes me feel maybe my items are not safe to use? All the items are sealed though and had no problems with delivery i was just abit disappointed regarding the packaging.

This is the first time I have ordered from this firm. I needed syringes for my cats insulin injections as the vet has now decided to only stock more expensive ones. I was so pleased to find them and was pleasantly surprised at the price. Delivery was quick. The only small fault I have is I was expecting an email to let me know when they had been dispatched, so it was lucky that I was in. Apart from that I will certainly be ordering again. Thank you

Aweful customer service.

I returned an order as the size was too big. I emailed them about my intent return, returned the item and informed them that it has been shipped. I have emailed several times to ask about my refund status. I haven't heard so much as a peep from their customer service. They do not answer emails, the messages sent through their contact form or their phone. I will now take a different approach to retrieve my money.
