Said they had sent package 5days later still not recieved.waiting for refund.had a day of work when they said it was coming.

Received my Louis 130 cm table and chairs today absolutely love them so easy to build great company will definitely use again and tell friends xx

Terrible customer service, chair was delivered damaged, i returned it, was promised a replacement within days. It's been a month now, I have rung them 4 times in that time its been a story on top of another story, all lies clearly knowing what i know now. They tell me the chair is on the way it's due for delivery on the Friday, I wait all day at, no delivery comes, then when I called them again on Monday, they tell me the courier has returned the chair to the warehouse because the box was damaged. They will repackage and send to me on the Monday. 2 weeks go by without a word. When I call them again this morning they tell me to send a picture of the chair so they know what type it is so they can replace it? Really, so what have I been waiting for the last 30 days? The guy has the decency to tell me to stop arguing as if he deserves a medal for a job well done, really?

1 month on I am still waiting for a replacement.

Marble dining table delivered on Tuesday, thank you. It arrived within the specified time frame & with assistance upstairs for a fee.
I haven't yet put it together, hopefully over the weekend or into next week, but it looks amazing. I will update my review once all put together.

Since I already bought the dining chairs from Shawcross a while ago, I decided it was finally time to get the table to match. My birthday is only two months away..so, happy early birthday to me lol

Great electric fire at a good price just a shame the remote that came with it didn't work. They sent another one out but didn't arrive. The 3rd remote arrived but the LCD display was defective. Had to return both remotes so was left with none. The 4th remote turned up and it all worked properly. Took nearly a month

I’ve been using Shawcross for many years for all of my furniture and keep coming back because of their excellent quality, competitive prices, and consistently fantastic customer service. Natalie, in particular, was wonderful to deal with — she was extremely helpful and organised everything I needed quickly and efficiently.

Orderd Marble dinning table with 4 chairs, Marble coffee table, sofa and rug. From the moment I placed my order the communication was excellent. We had abit of an issue as we was selling our house so we had to have the items delivered to the storage unit instead, i told shawcross about my issues and they worked it around us nothing was a problem. The delivery drivers are friendly, polite and professional, they work hard for their money as the marble table is really heavy but still they came smiling and talkative. We also had some items go back as the sofa was to big for the room so we sent an arm chair back, they collected it and got the refund after 3 days. From start to finish our expierence with shawcross has been 5* and would go back there again when we need new furniture. Thanks again.
