Signed up for a trail, and then cancelled but may still return in future. FRITCH was very helpful in dealing with the cancellation.

As per George's review below be careful, I signed for the sample product offered at 0,50p as such entered my credit card details.
Received a weired email a week later to state my order was in the post.
I had not signed up for this and they had kept my credit card detail I was billed £35, on complaining ask what the process was to send the kit back I would have to send it back at my own expense then offered a £10 good will gesture discount if I wanted to keep the kit as the return of my £35 would take a wile
Kept the kit to save time but such a con as there was nothing to state singed up for anything.

I didn’t realise signing up for a free sample kit automatically started a subscription- this should have been made more clear.
However I rang up and spoke to Fritch who was helpful in cancelling my subscription

This is a scamming company BEWARE if you take there free sample offer you will be signing up to a subscription site, thay don't tell you this when you place your request to try there product, the first I knew it was a subscription site was when I got a demand from a debt recovery company (dcbl) who we're most unhelpful, I personally couldn't get on with there product, I have paid the amount clamed and on my solicitors advise I intend to take country court action to recover my money and damages to my reputation.

I had an issue regarding a small credit which was resolved in lightening speed (by Dan...thank you).
I find the SK3 refill blades provide a soft as silk shave and each blade lasts a week. I also find that shaving 'often' increases the life of the blades...rather like mowing a lawn regularly which places less stress on the cutters !

Please be extremely wary of this company. I agreed to receive a free sample pack from a Vodafone offer, where you just pay the delivery charge. Before I even had time to try the sample razor, the company had already entered me into a subscription that I didn't ask for or agree to! The email from them had me signed up to regular deliveries of multiple products at equating to regular payments that I cannot afford. I searched through the email to cancel the products and the subscription they had set up without my permission. The cancel option just kept taking me around in circles back to the original email and didn't seem to work. I managed to remove some products, but the option wasn't there to remove all the products. There was an option to cancel via a phone call, but when I tried calling no one answered, and there wasn't an option to leave a message! I did reply via email stating I did not want to receive any more products, and stating I did not want any more money taken from my account. But approximately a week later they took further payments from my account and sent more products (razor blades) that I had clearly stated I did not want.
I tried calling the company again when this happened, and again no answer!
Somebody did get back to me this time fortunately, so I'm hoping that they have cancelled any further billing or sending of products. But they said for me to receive a refund that I would need to pay to send the products back to them. Also hung up when I asked for a return label as I didn't agree with having to pay to send products back I hadn't asked for and hadn't gave permission to take from my bank account!
I don't like giving any negative feedback to companies but in this case I feel like this company are set up, so people are unwillingly subscribed to their products, and make it as difficult as possible to cancell. This is obviously how they make their money!!
*PLEASE BEWARE*

Bought a trial kit on Tuesday and…
Bought a trial kit on Tuesday and didn’t realise that this would then tie me into a subscription (wasn’t stated anywhere).
Contacted them to cancel the subscription and they told me that that in doing so this would also cancel the dispatch of the trial kit and therefore I would be refunded.
They cancelled my subscription as requested very quickly - fair enough.
The reason for my one star review is because it’s now Friday and I haven’t received a refund, nor have I heard anything back regarding my refund despite emailing the customer service team (who were in fast contact with me to cancel my subscription as stated above) multiple times this week.
I have even emailed with a “Hello?” and have had nothing.
This is not how you run a business - leaving customers in their dark about a refund will only result in a one star review like this. Surely you can see how shady it looks?
You could at least come back with an email telling me that the refund will take a couple of days or even a week to arrive - that’s better than complete radio silence.

According to my dad, the product is amazing and goes on smooth. I got this product free through Vodafone, now my dad orders it for himself so I cancelled it my side. Thank you Fritch for making the experience pleasant.

Amazing Customer Service
The company was really easy to work with as a customer. The product I ordered was posted and packaged amazingly. I only cancelled as I haven’t had chance to use the products yet, and wanted to give it a proper chance before continuing my subscription. Customer service was amazing, cancelling didn’t involve any automated answers, waiting or even hold music. The call lasted no longer than 2 minutes and I wasn’t bombarded with offers for ages. Highly recommended, would use this company again!

con artists free tester from vodafone. never made clear they signed me up for a subscription. then its not possible to cancel online you have to speak to a call center who take all your details to sell to every one on the internet.

Deceiving and poor quality
I signed up for the free (£2.95) trial it from my Vodafone app.
It was never made clear that I was signing up for a subscription.
If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the worst razor I’ve ever used in my life, and I was curious to read other people’s reviews/ make a complaint, I wouldn’t have found out until I’d already been charged and more poor quality shaving equipment was posted to me.
This is a very misleading offer from both Vodafone and shavekit. The wording should be changed or the offer removed.
The website has a members area where you can “manage” your subscription, but a rather annoying phone call is necessary to actually cancel it.
