Terrible Product, Unusable Quality, and Hostile Customer Support
Do not buy from this company. The hand-crank grinder I received is completely useless and fails to perform its single basic function: grinding. Even with a normal, small amount of material—filling less than half the chamber—the teeth simply do not break anything down, no matter how long you turn the handle.
When I reached out to customer support with video evidence showing the product failing to work after a full minute of continuous cranking, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of honoring a basic warranty or return, they blamed me, accused me of "overloading" the unit, and insisted I should pre-grind or break down the material before putting it in their grinder. Expecting a customer to pre-break material for a tool designed specifically to grind is absurd.
When I pushed back, their team became defensive, hostile, and completely unhelpful, labeling a blatantly defective product as "buyer's remorse" and refusing a return. They sell cheap, non-functional items and hide behind policy excuses to avoid offering refunds. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands by its products and treats customers with respect.
