Buying them since 2 years never had an isuue

I bought Viewstats, specifically to access Outliers, which is what they advertised. It never worked — I tried on four different browsers, and the tool just kept switching between two random accounts. No access to what I paid for.

I reached out immediately, referencing their own 14-day money-back guarantee. Instead of resolving the issue, they played games: first claiming it works, then removing my access entirely, then asking for screenshots (which I couldn't provide because they already took away access), and finally asking me to close the case and "trust" them.

There was zero accountability, just evasion. If a service doesn’t work as promised and access is revoked before resolving the issue, how can you claim it's the user’s fault?

This was a waste of money and time, and the handling of support was genuinely disgusting. I would not recommend ShareTool to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

If I receive the refund I am open to edit this review to 5 stars.

The most disgusting customer support in the world!!!

No doubt they’re just ignoring you — both on social media and via email. At best, they’ll greet you and assure you that it’s supposedly (but that’s a lie!) outside of working hours in Singapore (even though it’s only midday Tuesday!). Meanwhile, they keep updating posts on their wall. And continue pretending you don’t exist. Your 3.3-star rating speaks for itself! Good luck to all their customers!

UPD: Why are you lying about the lunch break?! I've written to you several times with breaks over the course of a day and a half! That must have been the longest lunch break in history!

2UPD: Now they've completely blocked me! And this is supposed to be support? Never give up – keep embarrassing yourselves to the end! Lie and block! 👏

3UPD: I have the right to leave any reviews I want. I leave a lot of reviews in both the Play Store and the Microsoft Store, and in the Chrome (extensions) Web Store. I also always reach out to support if I find any bugs, sending them videos as proof. Incognition even offered me a free subscription (which I didn't use because I didn't need it) as a thank you for helping fix bugs.

I leave negative reviews here only when support acts like yours – rude, ignoring, and blocking people. In such cases, Trustpilot is my only way to speak up – I want others to know who they're dealing with and that they won't have a chance to be heard! Your 3.3-star rating speaks for itself! Goodbye!

SCAM, avoid at all costs. Lucky for me, I used PayPal and I'm getting my money back. I bought a Quillbot subscription, or so I thought, but the money ended up going to some guy named HoangTon Chay.

They stole my product and resell it without my approval. They're a scam company. WATCH OUT!!!

It is a scam! I purchased a shared Grammarly. It directs to another site called henull2, and forces to download a particular application, which ask to open firewall permissions.

I made the payment for a Kittl Pro account through Cryptocurrency and they never gave me the account. I also contacted support via email and they did not give me a solution. I feel cheated. Please contact me to resolve this.

Really bad experience. i purchased envato yearly from them.. they mentioned the token will be generated manually but i have been chasing them from 1 week and no token is generated.. they will reply in 8-10hrs always.. and nothing

Quick delivery & insanely good customer support.
Bought total of three products. Two were immediately delivered and work perfectly. I needed help with the third product and John from customer support did an awesome job installing it. Even when my website crashed due to an unknown error, he kept working with me until it worked.

I signed up for Envato Elements on Saturday and was informed that I would receive an email from them for login details. However, I have yet to receive any email or response from their team. I'm planning to reach out to them on Monday for assistance. Despite also messaging them on Messenger and Instagram, I only received a bot reply. It seems like there might be some issues with their support, so I wanted to inform others to be prepared for potential support delays.

Update: Got my login details!

I purchased a Group Buy product and contacted them via email and Discord. Both platforms their initial response was to send my login details which I did. Subsequently, I haven't heard from them since.
I contacted them on Discord yesterday but they replied about 12 hours later. I then provided them my details about 3 hours later and now it's been 9 hours and haven't heard from them.

Likewise, on email, they replied asking for my details, been about 4 hours and no response.

I purchased the product over 24 hours ago and they have advertised delivery within 24 hours.

I will amend the review once I have received my product but this lack of response is not what I was expecting.

Update: Changed from 2 to 4 stars, they got back to me and delivered.
