9Absolutely deplorable service, single handed the worse cust service phone call I've had. Trying to explain, holiday period an u took 2 payments Monday and Friday and I'm a disabled vet left with nothing.....was told that's nothing to do with them. Asked for manager and told he's sitting right here but doesn't want to talk. All very childlike laughing and smug......this is the generation fought for. Absolutely disgusting. Keep that energy though, if laughing at and threatening disabled ppl is your thing then I'm sure sml is so proud
