Unhappy Customer!!!
I'm unhappy at this moment. I sent money almost 2 weeks ago from the US to Cape Verde. To date, my fiancé has not received the money. I called and spoke with representatives 2 to be exact, and all I was told was that they expedite the release of my money. I'm frustrated because I am out of $100 and my fiancé hasn't received the $100. Removing fees doesn't return my money. I want my money back or delivered as promised.
