I can verify the previous reviews. This company is a complete sham. The item I ordered wasn’t suitable so I followed the instructions and returned. That was a month ago but no sign of the refund. Please be aware as the other reviews about this company being thieves is correct. Do not buy from this shop.

We ordered some clothing several weeks…

We ordered some clothing several weeks ago. It still has not arrived. When we emailed a week or two after, they replied saying it would be with us by the following weekend. Nothing arrived.

Now they do not respond to our follow-up emails. There is no phone number to call them. I fear that this company is a fraudulent operator.

A COMPANY OF THIEVES!!

I ordered 3 items from this company…delivery was very slow despite paying for fast shipping and arrived in 2 separate parcels over a week apart. 1 of the items was faulty and wouldn’t stay on due to a hole in the strap. I returned it and was promised a full refund…I am still waiting for that refund a month later. Customer service is practically non-existent. They replied once to say that the refund had been issued and attached a copy of their bank transaction (showing a refund for a cheaper item), however this never arrived with me and my bank confirmed that it had not been issued. I can see by other reviews that this exact same thing has happened to other customers, which can only mean that they’re sending fake statements across. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…THEY ARE THIEVES! I’m reporting them to Trading Standards. It’s disgusting how they think that it’s fine to rob people of their hard earned cash and can’t even be bothered to respond to their emails, despite the fact that I’ve sent countless emails asking about my refund. Lyn and Fiona, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Love their customer service!

Had a sizing issue with my first order, but the customer service team was amazing and supportive. They helped me exchange it quickly, and now I have the perfect fit. The shapewear itself is brilliant, super soft and supportive. Highly recommend to everyone, that's why I am leaving this review. Perfect 5 stars!!!!!!

Perfect under any outfit

Ordered the seamless bodysuit, and it’s exactly what I was looking for. It smooths everything out without being uncomfortable, and you can’t see any lines under my dresses.

fantastic fit and comfort

ive tried so many shapewear brands before this is by far the best!!! The material is nice, and it gives great support without feeling too tight. I wore it all day, and it stayed in place perfectly. So happy with my purchase! :)))

No reimbursement

I have written a review about this company who will not reimburse my returned item. I am now going to send all evidence including their supposed bank screen shot to the financial Ombudsman. I returned the item on 04/12/24. Do not deal with this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They take your money and do not fulfil your order or reply to Multiple emails about the whereabouts of it. However seem to reply on here when negative reviews are left with the same excuse for no fulfilment of orders. Companies house shows them as only incorporated in January of last year, they also show a change of directorship in October.

Excellent customer service

There was a slight problem with one of the items I ordered but this was dealt with very promptly and politely and the item was replaced. I can’t fault the company’s customer service.

Didn’t arrive in time and no reply to my email

I really wanted to give 5 as the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else but I ordered something for an occasion and paid extra for quick delivery. The item didn’t arrive within that stated time. I therefore didn’t have it in time and didn’t have time to buy from the high st. I sent an email asking for a refund on delivery charge and got no reply.

Failure to refund my item despite having sent it back

Order received with no issue, however having requested a return on 08 November I have yet to receive any refund or response to my communications. Parcel was sent tracked via Royal Mail and confirmed as delivered to the company on 25 November. No word from them or any sign of my money back.

Unfortunately it does appear to be a scam site …

Such a shame that I’m having to write this review. I ordered on the 27th October shapewear for a wedding and have yet to receive the order or any correspondence from shapewear.co.uk after multiple attempts to contact them. I have requested a refund and reported the site to shopify with no success. £50 lost through what I can only assume is a scam website given the lack of contact.

Still haven’t received my order from 06…

Still haven’t received my order from 06 Nov! Highlighted this and they said they were refunding. Refunded cancelled on PayPal and Shapewear not responding to emails. Nightmare trying to get hold of them. PayPal says they can’t refund have to contact seller. 🤷‍♀️ Very frustrating. Sounds like they could be in financial trouble. 😡

If there was a zero star option I would…

If there was a zero star option I would have given that!! Do not order from this company!! I ordered on 8th Nov and received confirmation email to say expected delivery would be 12-14th Nov…it’s now 21st and I’ve received nothing! No further emails to confirm my item has even been shipped. Despite two emails to their customer service team to chase and ask for an update, I’ve received nothing response at all. I used Klarna for my purchase and have reported to them in the hope I can get my money back!! Very disappointed as the shapewear I wanted was to wear with my wedding dress!

Should have received my order last…

Should have received my order last week, specifically paid for express delivery.

Item has even been despatched let alone delivered.

Trying to get hold of them is impossible.

Reported to PayPal to claim a refund!!
