On Jan 5 I placed an order with Shapessy and was calling to inquire if my order had been shipped. I signed up for text message alerts when the package was shipped but never received any notifications. I also sent an email to shapessy but did not receive a reply. So I called customer service and got an agent right away. Sheena was pleasant and gave me the information I was looking for. If I need anything else I will definitely call customer service. They even call back and leave a message.

I called to exchange as I got a size too big. Ms. Sheena was professional, friendly and made me one happy customer with my request. Waiting anxiously for my new and correct size. Thank you for your service.

I made a mistake and put my neighbors address as my shipping address, and they sent it back to the company, so I went to the post office and they stated, they will send it back as not accepted, after I called and spoke to Sheena, she was very helpful every step of the way. I am looking forward to receiving my waist belt.

There was an error in my ordering so I called and my experience was satisfying and courteous. I was told my order would be edited.. my account credited and an email was sent to me confirming this. Hopefully the end result will be as accurate as I was promised.

I was a bit worried because USPS claimed that my package was delivered when it wasn’t but it wasn’t Shapessy fault because they have helped me so much. I eventually got my order a couple days after that incident and it’s good
