I would do business with SGT again
I would do business with SGT again. Communication was great, pick up was ahead of schedule and so was delivery. The driver was also very professional. The only reason why i am giving 4 stars is because there was an advertised military discount and when I locked in the price over the phone the first person i spoke to quoted me the discounted price. Then when it came time for payment the person i spoke with was asking full price again. I asked about the military discount to which he put me on hold then came back and said when can only give you that price if you pay cash at pick up. Anyways, i paid full price over the phone and moved on. Aside from that the experience was great.

Pick up was easy
Pick up was easy. Cost and fees were straight forward. The delivery date on the other end was changed at least twice which was kind of inconvenient, but the overall transit time was acceptable.

Arrived in about 1 week! I put an AirTag in my car so I was able to see where it was when shipping. Everyone was nice and helpful. You pay SGT a small deposit on your cc then pay the driver the rest on Venmo

The ease of booking the shipment of my two vehicles from Texas to Colorado was seamless. After booking, I had to make a change for the pick-up date, SGT Auto handled the date change. Moving can be stressful enough but SGT made sure to keep me posted about my car shipment and everything was done timely. I can only relate the drivers pick up…
I can only relate to the driver’s pick up experience. He called me an hour before he arrived at the house. He was able to park directly in front of my home, picked up the car, put it on the truck after taking photos and asking questions and I check to make sure that the order confirmation was the same as what was on his phone so I was very pleased with all of the interactions that I had with him. I have not talked with my son upon delivery, but apparently it went well, even though he was not able to drive up into the area in front of the house because of the way the street is designed and the curves are quite tight so I did not think his truck was going to be able to go up into that street so Bryan had to walk down a block to pick the car up and that wasn’t too bad of a walk. He did not tell me that he drove the car up there so I’m not sure how the car was actually delivered. My son only informed me that the car had arrived.
