This company is a scam. They advertise store credit but if your items don’t fit they send you a shipping label and never respond again so you can never use it. Sucks because I loved the bathingsuit but they refuse to honor my store credit or even respond. Don’t order from here!

Scam company. They never shipped my order in the time frame they said they would. They also never responded to my email asking if I could get a refund. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do not order from them!!

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered 2 different dresses for my baby shower, it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received the dresses... I paid for expedited shipping, emailed multiple times and even called and left a message that my event has passed and I want a refund. ZERO communication!
I never write reviews, but I hope other moms take warning and shop somewhere else. Please don't give your money to this scam of a company.

I loved how fast the shipment came and I couldn't be happier with the material. The material felt great on my skin plus I loved how wonderful the dress hugged my body.

After 4 losses and dealing with infertility for several years, I am finally pregnant and in the second trimester. A goal I never thought I would make. Now we are planning our baby shower. I found the perfect dress at Sexy Mama Maternity. I also loved that they are in the USA and 100% female-run.

Since we were traveling for my shower, I decided to pay for priority 3 day shipping so I would get the dress in time. I purchased the dress on December 8th. On December 9th, I received a tracking number. It is now December 18th and the item still hasn't shipped. I have no idea why they are holding on to my dress. I paid in full. I called several time, left text messages, and emailed the team several times. They will not respond to me. It is sad to see that they are taking advantage of women. Now that dream moment that I thought would never be here is not going to be that magical moment that I dreamed of. I have nothing to wear and no time to order anything else. The only things that fit me are sweat pants. I am heart broken and just so upset to see a company take advantage of women like they are. It makes me sick.

They don't refund you your money even though you don't have the product.
They are scammers, I hate this company.

I ordered a wedding gown that I would wear at 37 weeks pregnant. It's super difficult finding comfortable maternity gowns and after deliberating on what to wear for such a special occasion, landed on something that fit the most boxes despite my pregnancy. When I received the dress, it was dark mauve. I immediate emailed them to ask how to exchange it - at this point my wedding was 3-4 weeks away. They NEVER responded after calls and emails. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card and then scramble to find something else.

I just don't understand how a company wouldn't even respond, especially given the nature of this being a WEDDING dress. It was pretty terrible, on top of also being busy preparing for baby and having low energy.

Love the skirt and crop combo. Unfortunately, I received the wrong crop. I was told I'd receive a return label to ship it back, and then they'd send me the correct one. Still have yet to receive a return label though.
Their clothes are super cute though and fit great, so I do recommend. Hopefully this is just an infrequent error

Total scam company. I’ve emailed and called multiple times with zero response- and I see many others have the same complaints. This company is a total ripoff and the “moms” running it should be ashamed. Contacting my credit card company for a refund, and referencing their TERRIBLE rating on BBB. Avoid Sexy Mamas Maternity at all costs. Pink Blush, on the other hand, is AMAZING!

SCAMMERS, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Its non existant. I ordered on the 23rd of may, sent measurements and they gave me a tracking number straight away, tracking hasnt moved at all since then. Have emailed countless times, and tried ringing countless times and no response. It has now been 3 weeks and no movement on tracking, i highly doubt that it will even arrive let alone arrive before my partner gives birth in august. $300Aud $90 of which was for expedited shipping down the drain. I have put in a dispute with my bank to get refunded and will find out what happens with that. In the meantime im having to track down a dressmaker that can make what my partner wants in the next 2 weeks for the photoshoot.

UPDATE After putting in the dispute with commbank they have refunded me the full cost minus $10aud for fees thankfully. Its been 24 days "in transit" and has still not been updated a single time even after contacting the shipping company (the only people that actually replied) still no reply from sexy mama maternity.

I have been in contact with the shipping company over the last 2 weeks and at first they were saying its in transit to destination country. Since getting the confirmation for a refund they are now saying that they never recieved the item!!!! So 24 days and the dress hadnt been sent out at all. When i paid for expedited shipping

Make sure you read all the fine print when you order from here!!! Ordered some overalls but they did not fit, I returned them expecting a refund to my card and was told I could only store credit!!! I don’t like anything else from their site so I am pissed they basically just stole my money!! Total crap! I don’t recommend buying from this place!!!

Loved the customer service, the lightness of the dress (summer 3rd trimester!!), and the pretty pattern.

Horrible service, they sent me the wrong color of dress I kept it untouched to send it back for a refund. I contacted them several times through email, phone and text and yet to this day I have no gotten a response from them. Very disappointed

I ordered a maternity dress for my baby shower recently and they were so quick to respond to help me on sizing. Once I placed my order, I provided them with my exact measurements to ensure that alterations were done prior to shipment. They were quick to ship my dress and it arrived a couple days later.. but then I was hit with taxes and duties. UPS charged me $100 CAD for customs which is ridiculous since the dress weighs less than nothing and the dress already cost me a lot. I provided them with feedback and wrote them an email explaining the following:

1. No alterations were done to the dress even after sending them my specific measurements (which now means I have to pay more to get this dress altered to wear)
2. There was a snag in the sleeve of my dress and some other areas that were snagged (quality issue that hasn't been resolved)
3. The colour was completely different from what was shown on the website
4. The duties & customs I was charged that was not stated anywhere on their website
5. I specifically emailed them about sizing prior to placing my order and they recommended a size bigger (after receiving the order I could've went with my regular size and the dress fits loose)

Still to this day, I have yet to get a response from them regarding these issues. I could've used this money to buy a dress elsewhere for MUCH cheaper given the quality of the dress and the lack of customer service I have been provided. I tried to send a question to them about sizing on a DIFFERENT email to see if they'd respond or if they're just ghosting and ignoring my emails. Surprise, surprise! They never responded back to me about sizing or never bothered to email me back about the issues on my original order. I called them out by responding to the email saying if they're going to respond to my email or if they're just going to ignore me. They responded to ask about my order # and what the issues were and once I addressed it, they went silent again. They've also been on social media posting stories and posts but still have yet to resolve or respond to my email. They're willing to take all your money for sales but when it comes to compensating or resolving issues you've had, they completely disappear on you. I'd definitely recommend save your money!

bought the sweetheart maternity dress with bishop sleeves. I thought I would hate it because the fabric is kind of thick but I love it. It looks so good on me. I do have short arms so I will have to have the sleeves hemmed but otherwise it’s perfect. I received my package very quickly too.
