Great box!
I received my 1st box last week. I love how it is a surprise until you open the box and see what was sent. I am happy with everything sent. I made the project already and loved how the baskets turned out. Now to decide what to put in them.

I was very disappointing in the 1st…
I was very disappointing in the 1st sewing box I received. For the price it was not worth it at all. If the rest of the boxes are on the same level as this one I would like to cancel the subscription.

I love the concept of this and although it is geared towards “beginners” I am having fun just the same. I have enjoyed most of the projects and find them creative (some quite useful). I have gifted most of the projects I made and some I have made more of and given as gifts. I like that you can print out the patterns and make more if you want. A lot of work and thought go into these kits each month.

Missing item
Missing item. Never received first box paid for second box have not received it. Advise a replacement for missing box would be sent never received that either..
Unhappy customer. According to ur customer service problem has been taken care of but not true yet.

Hi there Rosemarie! It looks like we did send out a free replacement box to you--the tracking number states that USPS expects to see it delivered today. We will definitely reach out via email again with that tracking number for you. Also, it looks like your account is set up to be charged on the 10th of the month for the next month's box--this is the second charge you are referring to. That January 10th charge will be applied to the February box which will ship between Feb. 1-4. As always, if you need a different monthly charge date set up, we can process that for you.
UPDATE: We do see that you have edited your review, stating that we have not taken care of the problem. However, we have sent you multiple emails with the tracking information for the replacement box--and as you can tell from the USPS tracking website, your free replacement box is marked as "out for delivery" today. SO, we truly did send you a replacement box, free of charge, and your mailman has the package but just has not made it to your house yet. We are SEW sorry that we are unable to call him and tell him to get the package to your house right now.

I enjoyed making the sewing carry bag. I am not statified with the way we have to reconstruct the pattern. There needs to be more discription on the printed patter for reconsttruction.

Absolutely love this!!!!
I loved getting my first box and opening it up to see what might be inside! The extra fabrics were beautiful as well as the pre cut fabric plus the kit had everything I needed for the project. Taylor’s handwritten card welcoming me to the subscription was a lovely personal touch! I can’t wait to get my next box!
