The reception staff were knowledgeable and professional.
The check-in process was overly complicated. The electronic check-in list was laborious and complicated. This was further exacerbated by the poor data signal and practically nonexistent Wi-Fi. It stressed you out immediately upon arrival.
Everything was as expected, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Everything was fine.

We just completed our 3rd yacht charter through Seven Sails and could not be happier. Spiros fixed us up with a just refitted Hanse 508 that kept skipper, crew and family more than happy.

What's new this year is that Seven Sails operates a shuttle service that picks up crew at airport and can take them to anywhere on Cephalonia. We used the service quite a bit as we partially changed crew twice and Kostas, the driver, was always courteous, on time and VERY knowledgeable about island.

This is the second time we have used Spiros at Seven to organise a Greek bareboat charter for us. We had a great experience from beginning to end. Spiros found a boat and location to meet our needs and handled all the admin, leaving us free just to turn up and enjoy a great holiday.

This was my first time using SEVEN sailing & tourism services and they were an absolute dream to deal with. We are a family from Ireland and I was a bit dubious using a charter company that I hadn't heard of previously. We chartered a Lagoon 42 from them and found their communication in the months before the charter excellent. They answered any questions I had without delay and put us at ease. I have chartered bareboat 2 consecutive years and was very happy in both instances with Spiros and his team. Not only is he cost competitive, but the team will going out of their way to make it a good experience when needed.

This year was especially notable. After landing in Greece, I received a call from Spiros to say that the 52ft Sun Odysee that I had chartered had returned to port with damage and was unserviceable.

With the rest of the crew still airborne, Spiros went to work and found two perfectly workable alternatives for me to choose from. My buddies never had to get anxious, Spiros did that for them.

Needless to say I already fixed my 2025 charter through Spiros.

Our sailing vacation was wonderful. The boat was exactly what we had imagined. The team was very friendly and helpful and the tour suggested to us was a hit. We would be very happy to do it again and can highly recommend it.

We had a good experience with sevensailing.
It has started before the rental with the different explications we were needed, during the 2 weeks rental about the place to visit and the weather forecast, and at the end as we have forgotten our diving equipement and SPiros and his team have been helpfull to send them back in France.

We had some problems with the booking of a 52 ft yacht. But at the end of the day it was solved very professional.
