I purchased my insurance for a Canadian fishing trip and Laura helped me along the way. I had to cancel the trip because of a medical problem. Laura saved me and got my coverage applied to 2027. Did not see all my policies on my account as they opened different polices because of where people lived. Still no excuse not to show the policies under the account that was opened. Took me a few days of worrying, while on vacation, to find out if they were covered or not. Will use a different provider next time.
