Has been using Settio to manage my UK properties for a few years as they have proven to be reliable and prompt in their services. Very happy to have Oliver Franks as my Property Manager as he is very responsive and dependable in following up on issues and very experienced in handling situations and making the right decisions on my behalf when the need arises.

I’m the landlord of an apartment in Elizabeth Tower and rent out my property through Settio. I want to express my appreciation for Alessia—her professionalism and clear communication made the checkout process for my previous tenant smooth and efficient. Thanks to her support, the apartment was returned in excellent condition and fully ready for the next tenant.

After two years my experience with Settio has lately been put to stress test when my former tenants had been late in paying rents for the last few months. Danny and his team have been working hard to track down the tenants and all the payments, except the last month’s rent when they moved out. The claim against the former tenants is expected to conclude by the last Friday, and we are optimistic about receiving a positive outcome.

While we were still chasing the former tenants, Settio’s rental team was able to find a new tenant. Danny helped to furnish my apartment within a few days and the new tenant has moved in and is apparently very happy.

Holly Keeney delivered the Property Inspection report, that confirmed my tenant respects the apartment. Tenancy changes every year or so. This is a high value investment, and this report confirms Settio also properly vetted the tenant.

I also have to say the "Proptrack" report format with supporting Inspector pictures is superb.

Settio managed my property for 2 years, always found a good tenant at good rentals, service was excellent.
Recently sold the unit for me, not easy as there were some issues to overcome, but again the service was 1st class and the communication was spot on.
