This has been an excellent practical mentoring program for me. You get not only the education but also mentors that give that live support when you need to put what you have learnt into practise.
The SAS programme has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The delivery is clear, practical, and rooted in lived experience, which makes it easy to follow and apply straight away. Dami & Tayo’s step-by-step approach gave me the confidence and foundation to move forward with my property journey, and their weekly calls and interactive style made the course feel personal and engaging.
What really stood out was the genuine support — from the encouragement during the sessions to the honest input from the wider community. It’s rare to find a programme that not only teaches you the business but also surrounds you with people who want to see you succeed.

The 12-week mentorship was thoughtfully structured—each weekly module was manageable and not overwhelming. We had a couple of days to digest the content before joining the Zoom calls, which gave us time to prepare any questions. One of the most valuable aspects was hearing others' questions, especially since everyone was at different stages. It meant I was able to gain insights into future modules early on and build a solid foundation ahead of time.
The standout element for me was the Zoom calls—having both Tayo and Dami there to provide feedback meant you received double the perspective and double the value. That level of support and knowledge sharing was a game changer for me.

I recently completed the Serviced Accommodation Cohort with Dami & Tayo, and it exceeded all expectations. It went far beyond just listing on Airbnb, offering real insight into building a sustainable SA business.

I would highly recommend the Serviced Accommodation Success (SAS )Training Programme. There are a number of reasons, however, for the purpose of this testimonial, I’ll narrow it down to three. Firstly, the structure of the programme. From Module 1, right through to Module 12, Dami and Tayo hold your hand throughout the Rent-to- Serviced Accommodation journey. Whether you're just starting out or you’re an existing Serviced Accommodation Operator, Dami and Tayo hold your hand throughout the entire process. Secondly, the resources. Dami and Tayo have ensured that you have all the necessary resources for you to start, grow and scale your Serviced Accommodation business. And lastly, the community support. The SAS Training Programme encourages community support. This means you get the opportunity to learn from Dami and Tayo, and other mentees within the community. I've invested in a few Serviced Accommodation programmes from various property investment educational providers and I can confidently say that the SAS Training Programme is one of the best Serviced Accommodation programmes on the market.

Dami and Tayo are truly the greatest in the game. The program material is detailed, thought through and also up to date concerning recent laws in the U.K. I completed the course a month ago and have 3 successful airbnb units running, which Dami and Tayo have helped me set up with their guidance. My first ever booking actually came from a guest that Dami was able to transfer over to my property after some unforeseen circumstances with their original booking. I would wholeheartedly recommend them both - the program is a winner.

The weekly mastermind calls were very insightful. I found so many gems listening to past recordings. Content well thought out. Both mentors Dami and Tayo were regularly responsive to direct messages for advice and further resources, especially Tayo. Sometimes, I wished there were 1-2-1 check ins included at least biweekly.
I didn’t get a SA unit during the programme but left feeling motivated and equipped with all the knowledge I need not just to get a unit but to automate and scale my business to succeed. I’m now close to securing my first unit.
