Great customer service with Steve Parker. The shipping was prompt (received it next day with free ground shipping), and it was packaged very well.
Steve even followed up after to make sure everything was ok.
The product was perfect as well. Plugged right in and did exactly what it was supposed to. Our IT person was very pleased as well.

Great customer service
I ordered a part from Servers Fit that turned out to be the wrong part (my fault) and Hector Wilson went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I needed. Servers Fit researched what I needed and shipped it out within hours of contacting them. I would recommend using this company to anyone. If you have any troubles ask for Hector Wilson and he will take care of you.
