Their service is very good, the server prices are affordable, the processing of work orders is fast, and the server is very stable

they are spam, I was spammed by them, they terminated my contract before the contract period ended and suspended my server, even though the contract period is still quite long. please do not trust this company.

WORST AND CHEAPEST INDISN "SUPPORT". 0 KNOWLEDGE - THEY DON'T KNOW EVEN BASIC THINGS AND HAS NO LOGIC (OR MAYBE NO BRAIN) AT ALL

I have used ServerHub now for just about 5 years. Anytime I have issues they respond and they are very prompt. They understand how critical it is for me to have good support and uptime and when there is an issue they are very transparent on the cause and what it will take to get back into action. Highly recommended.

Wont recommend ServerHub, terrible service and support

When I got spam yesterday from ServerHub promoting their dedicated servers, without any unsubscribe mechanism, I had to contact their support team to ask to be take off their lists. I was told "We have sent this email to registered clients in our system." Yet I have never been a client. Looking back on my records, it appears I had to register previously to submit a ticket about one of their spammer customers in 2015, but I never opted in to marketing mails nor was a client. Many other companies allow people to file reports about spam without asking those spammed to register: They just provide an abuse email address in their TOS or AUP to allow for reporting. And I have definitely never been added to a marketing list as a result of reporting spam.
I also sent them an unsubscribe request in 2019, only to have spam about their services resume.

server hub is scam, they have takken my money and not provided server. i am waiting for my refund from 1 month and they are not responding to my rickets not emails.

I worked with Serverhub for more than 5 years and in recent years 1 or 2, their services started shaking in quality and every time website disappeared they claim issues with one of their node failing to resolve the A-records.
They attend support after 2 days or so and only on working days.
They only do so for easy solutions, for difficult one they disappear, never come back to you.
I have my reseller service with 59 websites just lost and never recovered and they even did not bother.
When I tried to buy the VPS service in order to shift clients websites, they created for me an account with a very very old Cpanel version 62, I even failed to use it.
This company does not have employees and it does not have existence as they claim to be. It is a hoax and scam company only created to steal money from customers. Avoid them as early as possible or you will regret as I did.

When the server works it is fine. Their support is one of the worst. They take hours to days to answer your ticket, way past their "15 minute guarantee". They schedule maintenance during business hours without notifications so now my customers are dead in the water for 12 hours now. They always say they will do better next time. Now it is my turn to say I will do better next time and choose a VPS provider that actually provides support.

It has been ages since i opened a ticket to setup a glue records and to finish the configuration of my Linux CentOS Server, i even paid for Professional Management Services, but they are no longer responding on Ticket. So please stay away from them.

At this point I can only give them two stars mostly because support failed miserably and flat out ignored the issues I had until I moved to a new host and still won't admit anything wrong.

I started as a customer in 2020 and closed my account in December of 2021 because of the issues. They do get two stars because for the better part of the year I had good service, no major issues and as far as I know only one widescale outage.

The problems arose in November of 2021 just days after they ran a 'Black Friday' special on a known hosting website. They were very minor at first but increased in frequency and duration to the point where my server would go down mulitple times a day.

Contacted support multiple times, gave them all the needed information requested and then some. They wanted traceroutes they got them. MTR? Done. Smokeping? MRTG? Log files?

And no matter what the problem was ignored. Told there was nothing wrong but inbound and outbound connections were interrupted multiple times a day. Ping beyond my machine on the internal network would vary all over the place as high as 9000ms. Noticeable packet loss and after leaving a monitor running and checking during a connection loss both in and outbound went flat or had big packet loss off my machine.

Support was clearly overseas testing (visible by their own 200+ ms pings in traceroutes) and not in the datacenter and did not do any type of sustained monitoring otherwise it would have been easy to see.

No idea to this point what it was but my machine and the next hop sub 10ms at all times. Hop 3 was all over the place. Going in to the machine would die at the same exact point.

WAS a good host and might have just been an isolated node or router issue but when you do live streaming audio those normally not noticeable blips can take an entire show down in a split second.

Switched to a higher tier provider using the very same setup and no issues at all now. Disappointing because until that point I would have had no reason to switch providers but the lack of care to resolve the issue was the one failure I can't accept.

I was in need of a dedicated server, on very short notice John and his team helped me configure and get it UP for me, I haven't really suffered any unexpected downtime nor any service degradation after months of use. Professional folks who know what they are doing! Definitely recommended for server hosting.

I have have a ServerHub customer since 2015. In this time I have experienced extremely fast support, a no downtime infrastructure and been lucky enough to interact with a few datacenter technicians to solve issues.
