It wouldn’t allow me to give zero stars. Popped into salon on the off chance of getting my eyebrows done. I was met with a very rude girl that eventually acknowledged me after 5 mins. She laughed at me saying you do know what time of year it is and we are very busy so no there are no spaces for you. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted to book for a later date. They treated me like a nobody and were sniggering at each other. I will never set foot in this shabby salon ever again. They need to take lessons in manners and be a bit more tolerant with the older generation. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

very bad expirence here. got forgotten about with bleach in my hair for hours a few days ago. very unprofessional and felt a bit personal from a few circumstances. the bleach had knitted my hair into a huge matted ball and took 5 people hours to brush out. avoid avoid avoid. been scared to get my hair dyed since.

Really enjoyed my treatments the shop has a great atmosphere.
