I don’t t think you should ask for feedback yet. I have not even received an email saying my items have shipped. Really I have no idea where they are in the process. I hope they have shipped but I don’t know for sure. You may need to address this issue. It has been about 6 days since order was placed. No update.

Purchased an aerator for my septic. Installed it and is working like it should. Quiet sounding and seems to really be moving the water well.

Everything was as they said it would be. Very happy with the product. The main complaint i have is that my top of my pump cover was damaged upon arrival. The inside where there is thin wire i assume to keep bugs out was damaged and torn. The outside louvers were pushed out as well. Im guessing shipping damage hopefully? And not mis managed by the company. Other than that, the manuals were not easy to read. The spec sheet was not very helpful. Would've preferred to have more info on there. Also the set up instructions were hard to fully grasp didnt know about needing a <10 PSI pressure relief valve teed off the output. Maybe if someone does this a lot for a living they might understand with little instruction, but for the lame person it would be nice to have a bit more info.
