I ordered air pump kit over and paid extra $42 shipping, I’m on day 3 and still have not received it, I it’s a FedEx problem but no one has reached out to me about delay

I had a question about the pump I was needing and listen to this…..I called, talked to an actual person who answered the phone, she was very knowledgeable and had the answers. This may not seem like a big deal but in today’s business climate it is! Hung up ordered the pump all in about 2 minutes. The pump arrived 3 days later, exactly what I needed!

Twenty minutes after ordering a Jet system aerator motor I found the receipt from 1 year and 10 months ago for the one that failed (3-year pro rated warranty) Called back and was told sorry no warranty because the order has been processed. If you offer a warranty you should stand behind it! Very unfriendly and condescending person on the phone.

The shipping was quick and there wasn’t a problem with ordering.
I asked for a return label to return the core from the old aerator but didn’t receive one.
The unit seems like it’s high quality but the paint was scratched around two of the screws on the bottom of the unit which seems a little strange.
The old unit had a weatherproof plug but this one only has a simple plug without any protection from the harsh environment of the septic tank.

The order was fulfilled and delivered faster than expected!
