I received an email from the company?and it says that my order has been refunded and I guess they didn’t have the product??!!im guessing and would like to know why for curiosity sake thanks

i dont know what changed with this company, but the customer service has been absolutely terrrible.
I called in for a return on one item and to let them know i did not get one of the items and because another came broken.
thus far no call, no email, they dont care.
when you call it goes straight to Ai and this is unacceptable, they did not respond in any way.

Their shipment of my product was excellent. Their customer service and online ordering was also excellent to work with. I’m very satisfied with my product.

They shipping my atto scouter battery with Federal express but i don’t know they label the wrong address or the shipping company give my battery to the wrong address I has been call so many times still got no answer where the battery went I m still waiting for it

Sleeve gets odor. Cushion tapers to 5th toe to early for my 10-8E foot.

Customer support is non-existent. The item I received was not what I thought it was. I sent a request for return autohrization by email on Nov. 17, 2025. I received a prompt reply that my request is being evaluated and would be responded to by email. Today is Dec. 4, 2025, I have received no answer regarding return authorization. I have left at least 4 phone messsages with the customer service phone number and all I get is an robot who promises a person will call me back. I have waited for 2 +weeks so far for a return phone call. Stay away from this company!

Well I have to tell you I already ordered 2 more pairs of these arthritis gloves. These ones were for my husband who if isn’t typing is always using his hands and has swelling and pain. He really likes them says they are very comfortable and they helped the pain. Yes at a good price and coming from a good company I am very happy with them. And can’t wait to get mine (pink) we all start hurting at certain points in time, these exist to make it a little easier for us. I and my husband Thank You for this product that I will recommend, and like I said placed another order for 2 more pairs and an ankle support too. I’m sure I will be making more reviews in time. The company sent me a broke and used product. Purchased in Aug and as of today, they have not replaced the broken machine, or sent a refund (which is the last request made). Their customer service is absolutely the worst.

I ordered 12 -4oz tubes of Remedy skin care cream *which I have ordered in the past & have been VERY happy with*
When it arrived there were only 7 tubes of cream (missing 5 tubes of cream) the sticker on the box states 12 tubes of cream.
I called to explain my situation & was told I would get a call back to resolve my issue. I've received no call & have had no further updates. It would be greatly resolved if you just send the 5 tubes of cream that are missing. Thank you.

I never received my order, I’ve called but can’t talk to anyone and I’ve tried a chat and sent email but no one has called me back or gotten a hold of me about this. Poor customer service

I have not received what I ordered and they have not refunded. You can't reach them by phone. They have yet to respond to my dispute. The pkg has been lost. Their emails are generic and don't go with what I've asked about. Do not order from them. I have filed a claim with the BBB as well. Next up the state!
