My bear got lost in the post and hadn’t arrived but I was in contact with a sales rep who let me know it had been logged lost by Royal Mail, he offered me a refund or for it to be sent by 1pm the next day which I chose - my bear has arrived and the customer support was top tier.

After losing my nana i got this bear to be able to hear her voice everyday. although it makes me cry every time i press it, i love it more than anything in the world.

Beautiful bear, great quality. Packaging sturdy and protective. Speedy postage. What spoilt the experience somewhat was the handwritten message not being written as submitted. I am 'mummy grandma' to my grandson but this was translated to mummy And grandma also I asked for the bear to be called Charlie but a sticker was put on the box saying 'to Charlie'. Small mistakes that are easily eradicated if more attention is exercised. Obviously, I haven't removed Charlie from his tissue swaddling as he's a christmas present. I am hopeful he will be dressed in the chosen clothing.
