Staff that I deal with are helpful. I still have a lot to learn about the system but I understand a lot of things much better now. System is quite user friendly. Makes the job easier.
My experience with Semper has been phenomenal. The user friendly system, the fantastic customer support and the incredible functionality has all served my business so well. I wouldn't consider any other reservation system.
I have been using it for 20 years and Semper have stayed up to date with the times but remained user friendly at the same time. Simply put, I just love this system. It has everything your business needs and more. And the team are also fantastic.
Backup support of Semper is really good in that help is available and support to address issues. The reservation system works well but in the stock control side...we have had issues...which we hope are resolved now and will be resolved as Semper work to fine tune and introduce new features.
