Avoid This Company at All Costs!
If you’re considering funding through this company, don’t do it—you’re setting yourself up for a financial nightmare. repayment structure feels designed to bleed you dry. They prey on small businesses with promises of quick funding, but the reality is far from it. Their customer service is dismissive once you sign, and they don’t care about your financial health—only their profit. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company is a financial death sentence for anyone who signs on the dotted line.

Very reasonable terms and easy application- just give yourself a lot of patience because turnaround time is long. It was certainly worth the wait but I was told that decisions happen as quickly as 3 business days and from application to funding was almost 4 weeks. But as mentioned well worth the wait.

This company is basically useless I'm not sure how they got connected with Amazon or you can access their services from within the Amazon software. They require endless amount of paperwork and they will offer you $1000 as a working capital. I thought first it was a joke but then I realized that the joke was on me. Don't waste your time.

On October 14th I was offered funding from Amazon through them. It is now November 30th and I haven’t seen a dime. I originally had a personal bank account connected which I then switched to my business account and they told me to “lock it” which is done by default when you accept a loan. I deleted the old bank account so there was no other option for funding to go to. They then said their "technology team cant verify the bank account" even after I sent them screenshots of it and that they are waiting to hear back from Amazon. Amazon's seller support team is piss poor and have given them 3 weeks since them. I warned them and said it's now or never last week. I've been waiting over a month and a half for this funding to buy inventory to grow my business so I can have access to cheaper capital than go to a predatory private lender where they all want 30-40% interest on your first loan with them. I told them I will leave a very honest review due to their gross incompetence. My account manager has been useless and never responds to my emails and should be fired. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. Hopefully this review will give them the reality check they need. Amazon should stop doing business with them and find a competent lender

Process took too long and required a lot of active management from the client to get the loan done. This isn’t the first time we’ve experienced issues with SellersFi’s operations management. It needs improvement.

PLEASE REFER TO THERE GOOGLE REVIEWS. Be careful working with this company. Look at reviews online. PLEASE BE AWARE!

They do not have a working product. Bottom line. Stay away.

My Account Manager, Kati, was very responsive and ushered us through the process. I also was able to meet more of the team over a conference call and they asked great questions and understood our business. Their portal is innovative and thorough. While that process took some time, I understand the necessity of it and its MUCH less burdensome than dealing with a traditional lender. I receommend!

We had applied last year and had received a funding offer which we had not taken as it had turned out that we had not needed it.

The results? We had grown our revenue over 170% and increased profitability while doing it. That's atypical - in a good way. And we're going to be included as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the country. We need working capital for inventory due to increased demand.

Yet, we had gotten rejected outright. That makes absolutely no sense and management had assured us last year that there would be no issue lending us.

If you're an ecommerce business, there's much better lenders out there. These people are the worst. Do not believe what you see on Trustpilot. I will encourage other colleagues to leave a bad review that may have not done so before despite having a horrid experience with them.

This is the third time we have received a loan from SellersFi and what we always value is the attention and follow-up they provide from the beginning. This time, Fernando Navarrete has helped us with every detail of the process. I think that the attention and fast on transferring are really good.
