Rick and his team are super hands-on and really know their stuff when it comes to optimizing Amazon PPC ads. They helped me restructure my campaigns and get performance back on track. Also super responsive. A joy to work with!

I am an author and SellerMetrics guided me through out the whole Amazon and Kindle Direct Publishing process including cover design, using key words to optimize search, pricing, how to build reviews. Recently they even helped consult on my brick-and-mortar pop up stores insofar sales has gone up since. They respond to emails in a very timely manner and are enthusiastic about giving back in the Amazon sphere after many years of success as sellers themselves. I am very happy about how they helped me in this process.

I paid for Sellermtrics Software sold by Rick Wong via Appsumo Lifetime License and initially, I had access to the Sellermetrics Tier 4 License with 40+ Ad Accounts. 1 month later, Sellermetrics founder Rick Wong deleted my Sellermetrics Account without my consent or approval, despite taking payment from me. I have sent him more than 10 emails requesting reinstatement of my Sellermetrics Account and he, initially promised to reinstate my Sellermetrics account but he did not. I telephoned him today/ 18th March 2025 and asked for access to my Sellermetrics account and he hung up the phone on me without helping me or giving back access to the Sellermetrics Service that I have paid him for. In a previous converstaion, he initially, agreed to refund me my money paid for Sellermetrics , stating that Sellermtrics is out of business because the business model was not viable, however, he lied and is still taking Sellermetrics subscriptions in March 2025. All, I want is access to to the Tier 4 Sellermetrics Service that I have paid Mr Rick Wong , Sellermetrics founder for. i wish him to give me access to the Sellermrtics Software tier 4 License which I have paid him for and which he lied to me about and said that Sellermetrics business is no longer operational, while, in fact the business is currently operational . I do not wish any ill-will on Mr Rick Wong, Sellermetrics Founder , I simply want him to give me back access to the Sellermetrics Tier 4 License which I have paid him for and for which he took payment and still deleted my Sellermetrics account and then lied that Sellermetrics was no longer in business. Please help me to regain access to my Sellermtrics Account because Rick Wong, Sellermetrics founder is not responding to my emails or phone calls.

Seller Metrics canceled my fully paid lifetime account with no warning. They will take your money then nothing. Their FB account went offline and the customer service seemed confused and stopped responding. I made a meeting with Rik and he canceled that as well. Inferior way to try and run a business and treat your customers. Be very careful of these 5-star reviews they all are posted around the same date and from accounts with 1 review. Scammy company.

I purchased a subscription, they cancelled the account without notice, and are completely unresponsive to all efforts to contact them

I signed up because I liked the notification feature; however, it didn’t work consistently. The worst part is the support—they might take several days to respond or not reply at all, even though they claim most agents are online and promise to respond within 12 hours. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I had to wait several days for a response since cancellations can only be done through their chat. Eventually, they canceled my account without any prior notice, causing me to lose most of the paid month. Their handling of requests is highly unprofessional. I don’t recommend signing up; there are better apps on the market with far superior support.

I had a great experience working together with Rick. I had a custom request and he was able to interpret what I wanted and improve on my ideas with his expertise. He also created tutorial videos for me on how to create additional flows on my own. Overall, I am very satisfied with the completed work, communication, and support.
