Not a scam but a waste of money
Not a scam but a waste of money. Service was sloppy, over-promised and under-delivered, and their service resulted in negative profit for the only time in my account's history.
I entered a 3-month contract and have just taken back control of my account and am seeing what they did. Targetted extremely irrelevant KWs resulting in over 300% ACOS, lowered bids on high-performing targets that were achieving 20% acos, and generally mismanaged and disorganized, reactionary approach to managing my PPC. Also consistently about 2 weeks late to complete a task they had discussed on our bi-weekly call.
Like I said - they're a legit company and the software is fine but I would never advise anyone to pay for their managed services.

Turns out that they are not trustworthy
Turns out that they are not trustworthy at all, I've been looking into their posts. And one of them has posted recently but they have comments from 2018 which seems suspicious but they even have an outdated website in their paragraphs which leads to only jet.com what was bought by Walmart and no longer exists. Even my AVG app and extension is going crazy with this website.
