Awful service from Amazon...ordered this from them-told delivery would be tues-booked day off..then told delay will be thurs- so book day off...didnt turn up..no heads up/info.
got onto customer service..told its at the fulfilment centre and been delayed ??? and as it is still within their "grace period" i cant cancel or refund till 1st of July ???...i explained that i ordered this for the delivery day promised and its an OVEN not a t shirt or pair of shoes...and i needed it to replace a broken one...agents just kept quoting "grace period" then cut me off same for email-told had to wait till 1st July..

Dreadful service level will never use Amazon again.. will have no Oven for well over a week and cant get replacement untill i get refund which according to them will be when its not del by the 1st July or is del and i return then WAIT for it to be returned and then refund done after that !!
Then sent a form to fill in to claim refund ??? absolute sham..

Latest delivery is useless

Previously I have not had any problems with the deliveries, but my latest delivery is a let down, as it was suppose to be delivered yesterday, but it now says it is suppose to be delivered today but nothing yet.

My order was never delivered and was told they couldn't provide a refund as it was still in transit!!!! (as I write this there is still no sign of delivery)!
If I could give them zero I would. Absolutely shocking customer service and when I eventually got to speak to the customer service supervisor he hung up! They were quick enough to take my money but not able to provide a refund! I will report the theft of my money to Police Scotland!

Great customer service.

I have been using these for just about 25 years and quite honestly I am amazed at the number of poor reviews on here. Whilst things do go wrong occasionally most of the time it all just works very well. The main reason for this review is to commend their customer service which has always been excellent. Unfortunately nowadays I have very poor mobility and rely on these on a regular basis and customer service are very considerate of this. All in all I thank them for an absolute great service

Account closed in 10 minutes after a verification interview that went badly account was never used

I am a 54-year-old artisan and produce handmade decorative items at home. A neighbour helped me set up a UK Ltd company so I could sell my work on Amazon Handmade. My company was lawfully incorporated, registered at Companies House, and my account was created and initially verified successfully on 15 April 2026.Amazon then required a second video verification interview. The interview went badly:The verification specialist spent more than the first 5 minutes insisting that I was not the owner of my company. He was looking at the wrong tab on Companies House (the "People" tab instead of the "Filing History" tab where my share transfer documents are filed). I had to plead with him to scroll to the correct section. He eventually acknowledged his mistake but the tone of the call never recovered.He also refused to accept my perfectly clear description of self-fulfilment because I didn't know the abbreviations "FBA" or "FBM". He demanded to inspect my notes (a single piece of paper with my company address). He criticised my pronunciation of my bank's name. He never once asked about a single-digit clerical error in the address on my account that was likely the underlying issue.At the end of the call I was told to expect a decision within 5 business days. Approximately 10 minutes later I received the closure email — "deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity." My account had never been used. Not a single product was listed. Not a single payment was processed. How can an account that was never used be used for fraudulent activity?This is the experience of a small artisan that Amazon Handmade is supposedly built to support.

I ordered some hair slides and they…

I ordered some hair slides and they arrived promptly the next day. The products were great and good value too. After a shambolic experience with Debenhams over the non-delivery of 1 hair slide for the same price as the 12 I ordered here, I am very pleased. My experience with Amazon so far has always been good.

Literal robbery!

Spent around £80 on nioxin shampoo and conditioner which gave me an allergic reaction. Because no "medical bills" and I couldn't take a photo of my own scalp under my brown female hair I was only offered £19 refund but instead of refunding me, I noticed a debit of £19 on my credit card so they took more money from me instead!!! Customer service on live chat had no empathy and barely even offered an apology and fobbed me off and kicked me off chat pretty much. Well you've lost a customer! If that money clears I'm reporting you for fraud for taking money from me without my concent!

Amazon says next day delivery

Amazon says next day delivery, and if you purchase 4 you get 5% off.

Next day delivery by backside.

Lies.

Breach of contract.

Was told by customer services i will get refund on a gift card.
I never.
I contacted them again.
He said i will receive the gift card in 2 hours.
On the app, it says once they receive the item then they will refund me.

Twice i was lied to.

The driver was actually outside my house with his grandaughter. She delivered something to my neighbor.
They looked at me, waited in the van outside my house for 10 minutes and then drove off.

Absolutely disgusting.
I better get that refund.

Amazon — that’s typical of Americans and American corporations — they rip people off! I made a purchase from Morrisons via Amazon. In my order history, the total shows £54.89, but £63.12 was charged from my bank account. Their greed is insatiable! Venezuela, Iran, the ordinary person! Unbelievable!

Too big for its boots-Anazon just does not care.

I ordered, and paid for, vegan jelly granules. I received jelly pots-which I do not/did not want because I need the versatility of granules for cooking. Can I get ANY response from Amazon Customer Service? You must be joking. Amazon has, I am sad to say, grown far too big for its boots. Once, it was reliable. Now, no more. I shall never be using them again, after many years.

AMAZON BAD SERVICE...

today i got notice that between 11am and 1pm i would receive my parcels i sat here waiting and refreshing the page waiting for the map to appear at 13.01 the page refreshed to say 15.30 to 18.30pm . this driver must have known at some earlier point that they was going to have to make this change. i am autistic somthing i have made known to amazon many times .so this change was devastating i had a serious job to do and wasted all this to me waiting FOR THIS!!!!!!! THE SERVICE GETS WORSE FROM WEEK TO WEEK.....I WOULD HAVE GIVEN LESS THAN ONE STAR IF IT WAS POSSIBLE...........UPDATE THE DRIVER WAS ROUND THE CORNER AT 18.10 AFTER PASSING THROUGH THE TOWN CENTRE. NOW HAS DRIVEN BACK TO THE TOWN CENTRE AND BEEN STATIONARY FOR 20 MINS MAPS STILL SAYING 2 STOPS AWAY...WHAT KIND OF FOOL DOES THIS...

Beware Constant Lies.
I brought a bathroom set from Amazon UK and was sent emails from the delivery company on the day of delivery told that the item hadn't been received into the depot in time for delivery. So contacted Amazon UK to discuss the issue told not to worry they would send a replacement I asked what about the original item told when and if it turns up I can keep it and i will not be recharged for the item again, I was sent a return request at the time of this being done but was told by the advisor to take no notice of it as it automated and he would cancelled it from his end. the replacement was delivered on 24/02/2026 again I contacted to double check what I had been told was correct and again was reassured that
1. I wouldn't be charged again for the item.
2. I could keep both item if they turn up.

the next day I get an email telling the orginally item was to be delivered on the 26?02/2026 again I contacted Amazon UK and was told again by a manager the same thing I could keep both and I wouldn't be recharged for the item. Then on the 01/03.2026 I got an email telling me that if the original item is not returned by the 07/03/2026 I would be recharged again I contacted Amazon UK explained again what I have been told then sent copy of the email I have been sent from these advisors and Managers and then I spoke with other manager who openly said there was no way of stopping the return and she would refund the amount back to my account to cover for the charge.
I then telephone Amazon UK and ask for a manager and this time I explain and he said to return the item I said why should I when I know that I will be charged and you will have the item back. I said I don't trust of believe any of you at Amazon UK. So now I have to wait see if I will be recharged and if I get my refund to cover and if not the situation will continue. Customer please beware if any manager tell you they have cancelled the return never believe then and if they say you can keep it don't believe them either as it not worth the stress and worry. After Saturday I plan to cancel my Prime and any other thing to do with Amazon UK

Amazon - Non Delivery

Amazon is increasing marking its deliveries as "Handed to Resident" when the package has NOT been delivered.

It's hard to know what is going on but they're becoming increasingly shambolic.

Delivery service now is appalling

Delivery service now is appalling. Over that last few months next day delivery is exceptionally poor over 50% arriving at least one day sometimes two days late. Not the service I have been used to.

Lack of Customer Service

I am 91 years old and trying to buy kitchen knives on Amazon. I have given them all the information they ask for and the already have details of my payment card. The items are in my basket but when I tap "Verify" nothing happens. Going to Amazon's Help Page is useless - I just keep going round in circles. It is a powerful incentive to buy over the counter locally.
I have tried to buy these item probably 20/30 times over several days.

Another messed up order

Another messed up order. So many laly do not arrive, get here late or are the wrong item. Customer service is easy to contact but usless. They are so big now they don't care about customer service.

Lack of joined up systems with Amazon Prime Business

Trying to get a refund for ‘undeliverable’ items on the Amazon app is such a pain- and time consuming. (Undeliverable because Evri, the worst courier service in the world can’t be bothered to locate my address). On the Amazon app you are directed to input info and select options only to be sent back to the beginning again. Eventually got to speak to an agent but needed to give the order number for each ‘undelivered’ item when it’s all there on my Order History with undelivered items clearly marked! Talk about joined up systems and wasting time. I pay £100 + per year for Amazon Business Prime and don’t consider their service meets expectations. Will reconsider paying again in future.

Time Amazon either folded or it took…

Time Amazon either folded or it took more care of its services and items offered to the general public from \mcfee down loads which you have to reknew b4 you try it out and Yamaha Guitars thats are fake and prouducts advertised as something they are not in good condiction or what they are advertised people are right the customor service is apalling and from abroad and dont care a dam any more time for Amazon to shut down its operations in the UK and Customor service be manned by UK people.
