Price Increase
Although I realize costs have gone up, I have a hard time understanding a 56% increase in the cost of a RV space with the customary one month notice.

Dear Ken. Thank you for your business over the past couple of years. We appreciate you contacting us about your concerns regarding your recent rate increase. We have been offering significantly discounted rates over the past 10 years and have rarely increased our rates. However, it has recently become necessary to make some adjustments. Your current increase was the first you've received during your 2 1/2 year tenancy with us. We were pleased to provide you with a 10% senior discount to offset the increase and hope this discount is helpful. We hope you can understand that although we very rarely raise our rates, it is sometimes necessary. You should find that our new rates are competitive in the market and not overpriced for the product we provide.
