Lousy experience
I ASSUMED THAT Medicare elections took place in the October-November time period. Why did you guys call me at the end of July, with an effective date of August 1, 2026? THAT'S TODAY! WTH!!! I guess I will have to wait for open enrollment since you guys didn't follow the instructions.
