Defective cordless car vacuum and unsatisfactory refund experience
Recently, I bought a cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW and it smoked when first turned on, so it completely malfunctioned. I reported the issue and told customer service in an email that this was a serious issue. Since it's a defective product, I believe a full refund or a replacement should be justified; yet the reply was to only refund half without further explanation. So be aware & this is not recommended.
I reported this issue to your customer service several times. Kayee is the second representative I talked to. She promised to provide the second half refund on Nov 13, 2025, 16:43 email; yet it did not happen. Then I emailed her to follow up on 11/19 & 11/23 at 7:01 AM respectively, but have not received a reply from her yet. Please check my Order #RUV9720 customer service email threads. After two more follow up emails, the second half refund is finally in.
