Item took a long time to put together, instructions were limited, no holes made, it took my husband 3 hours to put together, not 40 minutes as suggested.

Carrier DHL threw it over the fence, it was raining, fortunately it wasn’t damaged.

The product has not arrived. How can I review it? It was ordered on 1st January, it’s now the 22nd. Apparently they wouldn’t be dispatching until 19th due to stock take, only informed of this when I enquired about where my product was. Still waiting.

Been to Rosie’s 12 pounds for mince beef pie I would say really expensive for a bit of pie whether homemade or not so I visit quite regularly wouldn’t pay that again

Great product at a great price. I ordered the same items to be sent to 3 different addresses. 1 parcel got damaged in transit and was replaced expeditiously with no quibble. Thank you

Was returning a set of faulty Christmas tree lights, Which only lasted a couple of weeks, I returned with receipt, The sales assistant on the til after I explained they were faulty goods and was entitled to a refund, abruptly replied we only give 30 days and I will get a manager as I'm not arguing with you, Which I wasn't! The manager explained they only refund up to 30 days even if the product is faulty! He said they were not faulty when sold to you! And company policy is we only refund up to 30 days!! How can anyone on this logic feel comfortable buying any electrical goods, Because basically after 30days your not getting your money back! We were not even offered an exchange, Which tbh we would of excepted as £30 down the drain, But unfortunately not even offered it, Poor customer service and will not be returning, The sales assistant continued to make comments on us leaving, Very poor Sefton meadows!!

Ordered directly with Sefton Meadows Garden Centre on Monday 18 December and took delivery on Friday 22 December. Fantastic service so close to Christmas! Well done!!! 👍🙂

The usual confirmation emails were sent. The only thing I can criticise is that the gap between ordering and delivery was longer that any other companies I ordered from for Christmas. But I had ordered in plenty of time and the beautiful Christmas lights were exactly as described and packed well, thank you.
