This jumper is really poor quality, avertised as quality material and oversized. Everything is incorrect and dishonest for what they're advertising.
DO NOT BUY THESE CLOTHES.

DO NOT BUY FROM SEVESTE. This is a textbook dropshipping scam. They use high-end marketing photos to trick you into paying £27 for a t-shirt that is literally worth 99p.

​What I received was a generic 'FASHION' brand shirt shipped from China with a nasty, plastic-feeling heat transfer on the back that looks like it will peel off immediately. The sizing is a joke, I ordered a Medium and was sent a 'Large' that wouldn't even fit a teenager.

​They are masquerading as a premium brand but shipping the lowest-tier garbage imaginable. I have reported them to my credit card company for fraud/misrepresentation and will be taking this to Trading Standards. You have been warned, stay away!

It is really sad, verging on criminal, in my view to use mental health issues as an angle and then put people through what this company is putting them through. This ain’t cheap stuff and the customer service is appalling, no response to legit questions and emails. I have been waiting for 6 weeks for a hoodie and been chasing for 3 weeks. The attitude seems to be one of arrogance and entitlement. I have had to pursue through my bank for a refund.

Ordered a thing with 150$ extra quick delivery. 2 month later, I still don;t have my item. No money back, no seatshirt, and they don't reply emails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for a preorder for the repeat after me sweater back in June of 2024. It said that the sweater would be in by the end of July. I emailed at the end of July and August and never received a response. I tried to contact her on Instagram and also got no response, yet she was still posting online consistently. I ended up needing to deal with it through my bank account since the seller would not respond and I never received the order or any update. Do not buy from this seller and in fact please mark her as spam on Instagram and social media as I did to help others from getting scammed.

I placed an order for 3 items and one of the items that was sent was not the correct item. I contacted them right away and got a reply, rather quickly, so initially I was impressed. It went downhill really quickly after that. I sent back the information they asked for and never got a reply. I sent follow up emails and finally got a snarky and nasty reply saying I should check my spam folder because she replied. However, she kept telling me I was wrong and I got what I ordered. I sent back other pictures and information on the packing slip and was still told I was wrong and got what I ordered. The whole thing is still in limbo, but I will not give in. I am so disappointed in this because I was extremely excited and impressed with this product, initially.

When you have a question about your order it’s very hard to get a reply. Apparently there is time for social media and sell more but not for answering questions. The quality of the “protect your peace” sweatshirt isn’t that great, it’s very boxy and unflattering and thick, and the size is much much larger than the previous sweatshirts. I loved the overthinker sweatshirt but this one isn’t my favorite. Be aware that when you have an order shipped internationally you get charged with VAT but that won’t be stated on the package so customs will charge you with VAT also….

I had a similar experience as the others.
I spent $165, needed to exchange for a different size and she said it was obvious on her website that there were "no refunds, no exchanges". It is not, in fact you have to really search to find it. Very disappointing. It's a shame, great idea, great quality and poor business model. I was even willing to wait until she got caught up, I would even pay for shipping both ways...total waste of money!

So disappointing that this shop does not accept returns or exchanges. The majority of the stores I order from do. The fit of the sweatshirt is sloppy, which I guess I would have noticed if I'd paid more attention to the pictures. I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. I was so taken with her on Shark Tank that I took a chance. Wish I hadn't.

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not buy from this company. I purchased a sweatshirt and it was too large so a wrote numerous emails requesting an exchange for a smaller size with no reply. So after waiting and waiting I decided to mail back the sweatshirt with note requesting a smaller size, still no reply. So then I requested a refund and finally received a reply of “no exchange and no refund” so now I’m out no sweatshirt or my $70 back. Terrible customer service.

Agree…very poor customer service. When I sent initial email…within hours of order placed…never answered. Nor second. Then in third I noted I planned rate them appropriately. Informed when I checked “I agree” I accepted their rules…no refunds, no exchanges, no refunds. Explained I just wanted one to be a hoodie not crewneck I ordered for my daughter. Nope no help or flexin policy. Explained when you tried to highlight terms and conditions nothing happens so that is why I hit accept. No response. Will NEVER spend nor recommend this company. If they don’t fit my daughter guess I have $120 of dust rags.

Ordered a hoodie that never shipped out, never received a response from customer support and had to get a refund through my credit card company. Sad.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, she acts like it’s a high school project and not a business she is running. Please be wary and do not buy from this person. She also had fake reviews on her website which I have proof and screenshots of, yet she claims they are real and actually deleted all of the reviews on her website after I brought it to her attention and gave me a sarcastic reply. Immature and not someone I will ever do business with. Grow up.

Poor communication. You won’t receive your overpriced hoodie and don’t even expect a reply. I’m out $70 and went through BBB and CT consumer protection and both yielded no response. Don’t won’t your time of hard earned money. She’s a scammer.

They didn’t include the full address I provided them in my order; I’ve sent multiple emails and messages but there seems to be zero customer service. They say no refunds or exchanges in the automated email, however this mistake isn’t my fault and it should be on them as a business to correct *or* provide full refund including shipping. A gift card that doesn’t include my 2 payments of shipment isn’t any adequate compensation. If still no response in 7 business days, I will be taking it to my bank for fraudulence.

I’ve followed this lady for years and loved her movement, was always broke around the time she would release her line. Finally saved up and managed to get myself a hoodie.
Sadly, it never turned up. In the end I sent 14 emails, commented on every post she posted and sent several Instagram messages.
Had to report this company to my bank as fraud to get my money back, however she tried to deny fraud many times via my bank so the refund took a while.
After 4 months of contacting her, she finally replied with a very short snappy email- no apology or any sort of offer to purchase again etc.
For a mental health supporting company there’s POOR customer service, really upset me.

I simply asked a question as to when her method of shipping would be better and it was deleted in seconds. I placed an order on September 3rd. A shipping label was CREATED the 8th. It didn’t get picked up until the 20th.
We’re paying abysmal amounts for shipping. She’s showing warehouses of shirts ready to go, these are not custom made and it’s still taking this long? Deleting any inquiries? Really shady.

Zero customer service, you email and you will only get an automated response. Promises of a response are empty. Packages do not show up, you will need to contact your credit card company. I am disappointed with this company, I have followed and supported for awhile and will no longer reccomend.

Highly Disappointed and Dissatisfied. Restocking of items always run out of sizes that are in the small-medium range (I had to order a 4XL or something like that) and shipment times are longer than usual. I put it in my order around May and I still HAVE not receive my package and I have sent an email to see what’s going on. I’m a bit frustrated at how long this process is taking. My order passed the 14 business day time frame and honestly feels like I’m being scammed. I will NOT be ordering from this store again.

The sizing is horrible they never answer any queries. I was so disappointed especially after spending over $200 at this store. Definitely don’t recommend.
