Reluctant to provide personal information
asking for the most private information nowadays to be stored electronically is very disappointing and flirting with danger. There are no guaranties that my personal details will not be hacked and used criminally.
Not providing them is the safest option.
SEEK should review its policy on this.

All my applications keep asking fir working rights and my certificate etc or digital identity it should be automatic by the information which have already mentioned and which has already been verified why all employers keep asking which makes your applications get jeopardised and failing all the times. Do you need to improve that I would end up being homeless soon

It is rather silly to have to upload the licence again. It has expired and I have renewed, all I should need to do is change the expiry date, unless it is due for updated photo after 10yrs.

it actually wasted my 30mins to verify workplace as it was giving me one time passcode to enter but after that where it asks for work email after that its not moving ahead or sending any code to move further.

I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to bring to your attention a concern experienced by applicants from India and other Asian countries during the SEEK Pass verification process—specifically when selecting the option “I want to verify my Right to Work.”
Currently, the website seems to only support the upload and verification of documents issued by Australian or New Zealand government authorities. As a result, essential credentials from foreign applicants—such as those issued by Indian educational institutions or government bodies—are not being accepted or do not have an option to be uploaded.
Some examples of key documents not being accommodated include:
Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate (issued by Indian government portals)
Indian Driver’s License
Educational Qualifications (degree/diploma certificates from Indian colleges or universities)
I kindly suggest adding more inclusive document categories or a flexible upload feature to support international applicants, particularly those from India and other Asian countries, as this would greatly improve the user experience and increase accessibility for a wider range of job seekers.
