I emailed about our table having a dent in the side of the top and have yet to hear back from anyone.
I would like to purchase some dining chairs now-but not sure when I don’t hear back about an issue.

Between soccer games, muddy cleats, and Gatorade spills, our patio furniture takes a beating. These chairs... They don't care. Mud dries, I hose it off, good as new. The Teslin fabric doesn't absorb anything - spills just sit on top or run through. Plus the aluminum frame means no rust spots from all the moisture. Finally, furniture that keeps up with our chaos.

So far so good. My small patio table arrived very promptly. It was very easy to put together. It’s supposed to rust resistant so I guess we’ll have to wait and see if it doesn’t rust. Every metal outdoor furniture I’ve bought has rusted.

Got this for our pool area from the official website and it's a game-changer. The Teslin 3D mesh means water goes right through – wet swimsuits? Not an issue. Kids jumping in and out of the pool? Chair dries in minutes. I also love that I can just spray it down after a pool party to get rid of chlorine and sunscreen residue. No mildew, no smells, no stress. also, thanks for the extra pillows

Just received these pool chairs and tables last week. Customer service and delivery has been great. Assembly straight forward. Very comfortable but can’t yet comment on durability. Seems to be excellent quality.

Got the chairs on official website. After a summer of BBQ smoke, pollen, and bird droppings, my outdoor chairs were looking sad. I grabbed the pressure washer and gave them a quick spray – like MAGIC. The Teslin 3D fabric cleaned up instantly, and the water just ran through. No scrubbing, no soap, no waiting for cushions to dry. The aluminum frame? Still perfect, no rust. Easiest outdoor furniture maintenance ever. P.S. thanks for the outdoor pillows!

Bought it on the official website. was looking for outdoor furniture that didn't scream 'traditional patio' – this set delivers. Clean lines, the aluminum frame looks high-end (doesn't feel like typical metal furniture), and the neutral cushion color goes with everything. Best part: no maintenance. No oiling, no sealing, no rust-proofing. Just wipe and enjoy. The store also gave me 2 outdoor pillows without extra cost, and I love them.

My 4-year-old ate a popsicle on the new sofa. Melted sticky mess everywhere. I sighed, grabbed a damp cloth, and... it all came off. No scrubbing, no stain remover, no drama. The frame is also lightweight enough that I can move it around to clean underneath, but sturdy enough that my kids can't tip it over. Worth it for my sanity alone.

Had friends over for a BBQ, someone knocked over a full glass of red wine on the cushion. I grabbed a napkin and blotted – it barely soaked in! By the time I got a wet cloth, the stain was gone. Terrible customer service. Their website states they have a 30 day return policy. I have been trying to return my purchase since the day it arrived. They do not respond to emails and both phone numbers do not work. Do not buy from this company!!!

This table is SO nice! The material is super sturdy and heavy duty —not cheap feeling AT ALL, and I love that it’s waterproof (it literally rained the night we put it together!) Took about 2 hours to put it all together. It looks amazing and the chairs are really comfortable!
