Certificate Course in Coaching for Managers and Directors
The course was very informative, educative and superbly delivered. The three facilitators were on top of the issues; they met my needs and exceeded my expectations.
What needs to be improved is in the area of feedback to participant request for airport pick-up. My colleague and I sent requests a couple of times for a pick-up being our first time in Canada but there was no single response to the issue. It is no problem if the participant is informed that the said service is not provided by your outfit. Please extend this information to those concerned.

priceless experience of innovation talent and knowledge acquisition
My experience and expectations were priceless in the Schulich Executive Education Center. The keys to all new concepts of management were displayed to me since 2013 till 2018 in a well organized and innovative manner. In the center you learn how you think not only what you think.
The facilitators were highly trusted academic trainers and the flow of information in these five years in different disciplines was amazing.

Top notch
Right from the beginning of the process, from registering and the initial emails to the end of the course, I felt this was top notch.
-the material was helpful, relevant, prepared ahead of time
-the timing of the course was carefully laid out and appropriate
-the meals and snacks were excellent
-the instructors were relatable, approachable, prepared and brought real-life experiences and knowledge to the group
I would definitely come back for more learning as well as recommend this to anyone.

The certificate in Critical…
The certificate in Critical Communications Skills is by far the best course I have taken. A great facilitator with so many tools and context for the professional setting that can also be applied within personal relationships. Great course!

The certificate in Critical Communications echoed many concepts I was already aware of, and introduced new ones to create a simple summarized view of what it takes to be an effective business communicator. Diana the instructor was terrific and built on the certificate content in concert with the attendees questions and desire to learn more about a specific topic. Great program, lots to think about and apply.
