Warning! Don't sign up with these scammers. They were sending invoices 7 months after we cancelled the contract. We cancelled because of bad service. The only reason they didn't withdraw more money was because I called the bank and cancelled any future payments. And they refuse to refund the incorrect invoices.

Me lo confirmó un jefe de equipo que me recogió el CV por pena, pero me confesó que era una política que no aparece en papel alguno, pero sí de palabra en cada reunión de responsables.

And AGAIN it goes wrong. I terminated my contract on September 16, 2024 after 2 years. (however, the small figures state that the equipment is only 3 years old) Securitas = misleading.
But now, I receive by SMS????? a notification that there is a backlog for the month of September? Then you must send the correct invoice, namely an invoice for 16 days and not for 30 days. Really and the accessibility by email is not responded to. I'm not calling again to sort out your mess. WORTHLESS

Total fraudulent company, avoid. I was with Securitas for almost 5 years. I wrote to them in April 2022 to formally cancel the contact as I planned to move. I then found that they did not cancel the contract, continued to take money from my bank account and ignored my request and claimed they never received it, even though I have email proof. I started formal cancellation in September 2022, sending passport, NIE, signed letter, signature verification and they refused to cancel for months and months. Its a game, to delay your cancellation to continue to take money each month. I had another security company call them in January 2023 and it was then cancelled. He used to work for them and knows they are criminals. Now, without notifying me at any time, Securitas sent a debt for 4 months to a debt collection company that is now pursing me. Never use this criminal company, how ironic they are supposed to provide security for your home.

We've been customers of this company for 6 weeks and I cannot wait to cancel my contract. We bought a property where the previous owner had Securitas. We called the company and in the initial phone call we were promised that we would get the same level of security that the house already had but with a new and improved version of hardware. We had to pay what seemed like a reasonable installation fee of 199 Euros. The house had cameras covering the entire perimeter and about 10 sensors covering doors and windows of the ground floor. It also had proximity sensors in the living room, hall, and a couple of the bedrooms. The installer shows up with four sensors for doors and windows, one proximity sensor and no outside cameras. After fighting with the company they finally accepted to send us 3 outdoor cameras free of charge. The installer had problems connecting the cameras to the new and improved hardware because the signal was very weak and told us that the existing hardware in the house was of much better quality. So we ended up with a subpar system. Then billing problems began. First they charge me twice for the first month of service. After calling them, they said I had to contact my bank to solve their mistake. I eventually did, but they also reversed one of the charges on their own and end up sending me a nasty email saying that I haven't paid. The nasty email incudes a link to a payment site that doesn't work. Nothing about this company earns my trust as a consumer. Stay away.

Estafa de empresa, se inventan ERES para cambiar la empresa de nombre y uniforme y dejarte con el dinero colgado NO CONTRATEN a esta chusma que les dejara colgados ya que son de dudosa legalidad. Es alucinante que en pleno siglo XXI el gobierno no haga nada con esta gentuza

I have never seen a company with 100% 1* bad reviews. I can confirm they are as bad as people say. I cancelled in September. They then keep writing to you with hurdles to jump through. They have now started emailing me saying I need to pay them more. Total bandits. They even appear to have given up replying to reviews saying how much they care. I put on every forum I see that people should avoid this company like the plague. Note there is also a woefull thread of complaints on SecuritasDirect.

I have now tried for month to get rid of this company.
I made a big mistake to do a contract with this firm 2 years ago.
It is totally impossible to stop the contract... they simply does not do anything to help you.
Today Securitas made another withdrawal of 47,82 Euro - ILLEGALLY from my account.
I went to my bank Sabadell immediately- but they could not do anything. My only option was to close my bank account which I did today.
I have cancelled the contract in May 2021 - but Securitas still steals my money.
Please do not use this company ! You will certainly regret ! They do not have any costumer service helping you. Their standard answer here on Trustpilot i a total lie... you do not have a change !

I recently bough an apartment in Barcelona. The previous owners had a security contract with Securitas and I agreed to take it over. I provided them with all my details before moving into the apartment but they didn't make the transfer. Over a period of 9 weeks I have called them 12 times to try to make the transfer. When I call them I am transferred through a number of different people and with every new person have to go through the same security protocol. I eventually get to someone who says that the accounts department is not available and they will have to call me back. They use some kind of electronic dialing system so my phone only ever rings once, and sometimes not even at all before they cut the call. Then I have to phone them again to ask them to call me at some unknown time in the next 2-5 days only to have the call cut again. Over a period of 9 weeks this has happened consistently every single time. This last time I called when I told them that I was frustrated by the customer service the response was "well you're not a customer". When I pointed out that I was trying to become a customer and that I had been trying for the last 9 weeks he told me that if I really wanted to be a customer I could buy a new installation and that they would find one to fit my budget! What a joke, I already have an installation but because they can't figure out how to change the name on the contract I have to pay for a new installation! I obviously said that was ridiculous and that I wouldn't be doing that I just wanted them to change the contract he told me he could not do it. When I asked to talk to the complaints department he said to me "You can't complain you are not a customer, Good Bye" and hung up the phone one me. With service like that I NEVER want to be a customer of Securitas EVER.
