I spoke with you guys somewhere around April 15/16 before going on holiday. I asked for my order to be delivered on 29th when I got back which is what happened.Can’t get better service than that

Very prompt delivery. Supplies well packaged. Very useful and essential good quality bags, dry wipes and wet wipes.

I have always found Securicare to be most professional, helpful, reliable and approachable over the 17 years I have been using them. I trust them with my medical appliance needs and on the very rare occasions when something hasn't been quite right they have always promptly rectified it.
My only gripe ...I have asked that my parcel is left in the parcel box by my front door in case I am out or it is wet, but it is usually left on the doorstep with a quick knock and only once put in the box.

It was the usual experience, good. Sometimes my surgery send my prescription but Securicare don’t receive it within the time limit. One of the staff always call to let me know this has happened, which is good as I’m waiting for my order. On occasion they have given me extra which is good for peace of mind. All in all I’m very happy with Securicare
