Easy to use - so far so good!

Easily accessible call centre when I needed to check something regarding transferring money to new account and then quick and simple online process, very impressed.

Only just joined but everything seems simple and well laid out. Phone contact was quick also.

Extremely easy to set up account. The app is great and very simple to check balance etc. Interest was paid promptly. My initial impression of this bank is really good.
I have not had reason to call their customer service number yet. For me this is really the acid test as so many banks fail miserably with their customer service.
Time will tell.

It's a very straightforward process to open an account. There are no complicated forms to fill out and send off, and everything is confirmed quickly.
The savings rates are very good, and there is no fuss about bonus rates, etc to complicate things.

The process to transfer ISA was time consuming as needed me to send off a letter.
