received 2 notices through the post for parking in a permit area i had a parking permit in the car on both occasions they also took the photos at night and only one site of the window screen, both notices were done in October 24 and i have just received them 04/12 giving me no time to appeal. i have emailed them as per usual with these so called private companies you cant speak to anyone on the phone. looking on companies house look like they have 2 employees and this just seems like a scam. i have emailed them pictures of the permit and asked for the evidence of them send me a letter before the 28 days i don't believe for one second i will receive them absolute jokers

Nothing but a fraud. Will be reporting them to the police, and sending them a notice through a lawyer. Paid fine twice online. No receipt by email or online. Deliberately did not accept my first payment, so the charge could be increased to 100 pounds from 60 pounds

They don’t answer calls or emails.

I did a GDPR personal access request because I got threats and a court letter for a parking charge that didn’t even have clear signs also, was late at night?

They only replied to my email Friday 4pm because of the GDPR request as a legal requirement, because I requested for the first letter of the parking charge.

I am still waiting for this request

Absolute shower . Pcn issued for parking less than 2 mins to drop my daughter off with broken ankle at her flat , who lives on the site . Debt recovery threats etc.

This company is the worst. They put unclear signs and end up charging me 100 pounds all because of a 0.5pence difference. I will follow up with Trade standards. ITS NOT FAIR AT ALL.

I am gonna have FUN with this so called company. People CHECK COMPANIES HOUSE there are only 2 employees, no doubt the 'business exec' named VIKRANT MALHAN and his partner/wife/accountant. This will explain why noone has responded to the email I sent in 2022 telling him (VIKRANT born in 1984) that I won't be paying anything as I paid for my parking via the RINGO APP and people...I paid TWICE. The second to extend the parking by 1 hour. SO IF Vikrant only employed someone to check the inbox they would have seen my email with both Ringo Receipts attached along with Vikrants letter incorrectly demanding 100 quid off me. So what has happened now in 2024 is Vikrant has passed my details to a debt collection agency who also do not check their inbox as I forwarded them the email I originally sent to VIKRANT in 2022, on 3rd May 2024 after receiving a letter. Here's what I'm gonna do now. In 2024 I've had 2 letters wrongfully chasing me for money I don't owe and I've told them this with the evidence and everyone is still ignoring it. Let's see if they ignore me taking this matter to court and claiming compensation for harassment. VIKRANT YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR INBOX MATE and you need to employ staff. This is what happens when people get greedy, they miss important information, like this review as noone will check the inbox. Noone has been employed to perform this task. Watch this space...

Paid for parking at a car park in Walsall by card, no ticket issued by the machine, found a PCN when I got back to the car. Checked my credit card statement and it showed a payment to another car park operated by them in Birmingham. Currently appealing PCN but not much hope.

Massive scammers. Machine wasn’t working and neither was the app or phone line. We left the carpark and parked on the road. Still got fined £60. Having to pay even though they are in the wrong. Avoid parking at their sites. All scammers.
